Lovely staff , but sadly let down as to no bar or restaurant service for the night , would defiantly not have booked if I’d have know , to be fair should have been informed when booking the room

Location fine, clean rooms and bathrooms in good size and condition; cleaning staff very friendly; reception okay, not really helpful, no knowledge of where to find which shops - told to use Google; breakfast strictly limited to 10am on weekdays and Saturdays, even when seated advised that all would be cleared at 10am, and clearing effectively started at 09:57am - no flexibility; as hotel guests we generally felt that we had to be forthcoming instead of the other way around.

Nice, smaller German hotel, friendly staff, rooms are clean and functional.

Hotel is small and quite nice. Parking was very crowded and spaces a little small. I had a room at the front by the road and double glazing is not great. Restaurant was OK but if I stayed again I would look for somewhere else to eat. Having said that the desert was great even if very heavy.

Old hotel, tiny room, lacking amenities to at least make the stay nicer. Staff unpleasant at times. Overpriced for what we received

The hotel is a smaller hotel in Dorsten with very friendly staff. Rooms are on the smaller side ( at least the single occupancy rooms) but offer everything which is needed and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. Parking is free in front of the hotel and the Internet is also free.

This is a really nice family hotel and restaurant. Exactly so well taken care of and clean as you would expect. Nice big rooms and fully digitised with personal tablets in every room.

We were visiting family and the hotel was convenient. Check in was quick and the reception staff understood english. The room was comfortable and quite large. There is a restaurant/bar onsite which we did not use

Very noisy from traffic. Very hot without aircon. Neigbours could see into the room etc.

If you arrive here by car at night maybe you will miss it Hotel sign says Albert Hotel only on flags you will see AKZENT mentioned and its not easy to see when its dark.

Comfortable rooms but no airconditioning and if you open tne windows you will be deafened by the traffic noise. This is NOT a non-smoking hotel and whilst you can get a non-smoking room, all other areas of the hotel stink of smoking, including tne restaurant where people can smoke during meals. Unbelievable! Outrageously expensive internet
