Rooms were clean, and the parking garage is secure. Evening drinks and snacks were great. The hot breakfast was amazing. Large lobby with plenty of seating. We will stay again!

Everything amazing

Great experience and very comfortable stay! The savory hors d'oeuvres were delicious! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, and the room was very clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient for our plans. A+!

We really enjoyed our family stay at this clean and comfortable hotel. Free covered parking, excellent breakfast and happy hour was an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

Very attentive, nice staff, secured garage parking, rooms/bath def acceptable, public spaces too. Lots of visiting biz people, families too. Guess most aware of their breakfast/Happy Hour w/ heavy apps., outdoor pool smllr than hoped for. I didn’t do my rsch, wasn’t in my ideal location. Recommend, esp if balling on a budget, but want their perks.

We enjoyed our stay at Drury Plaza Hotel and would recommend it. The hotel excelled in several areas: the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, the garage parking made coming and going very easy. The dinning options were also good . I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The evening hot appetizer bar was great. Although next to the highway the noise was minimal.

Wonderful accommodations and will be staying here again as we visit our daughter in Texas.

Great hotel with clean rooms and friendly service.

This was our second stay. It is a newer location. Everything is clean. Checking in was quick and easy. This time we had a hiccup with check out. We normally go to the front desk to check out but we were pressed for time and didn't. That was our fault. After arriving home, we received a call that we were still in the room, had exceeded check out and needed to make payment arrangements for another day. I had several questions. I talked to several people claiming we left personal items in the room triggering all of this. When asked what the personal items were, no one could tell me what was left behind. I made several follow calls and no one could explain what happened or why they thought we were still in the room. We removed the DND sign off of the door and cleared all personal items from the room. We ended up not being charged for the additional day but the situation is very strange. The only explanation they could give was that they have several new people who may not know what they're doing. That's not a comforting explanation. If you stay here, go to the front desk to check out and monitor the card you used for a deposit afterwards.

Very new

Check in/Check out was extremely easy and quick. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I drove my own vehicle so the parking garage that contained free parking was a blessing and the fact that the hotel is positioned right beside the highway was so convenient.The only disappointment was that I did request a room with a shower instead of a tub and although the from desk staffer that checked me in stated the hotel was completely booked, the almost empty parking garage/little to no traffic through the lobby said otherwise. The hotel also offer perks like free breakfast which consisted of a variety of foods (very tasty fyi) and three alcoholic beverages/day which both were appreciated. I’d definitely stay again the next time I’m in Dallas.
