The capsule was actually quite roomy. We are 2 travellers with 70L hiking bags and fit everything in the capsule while still sleeping very comfortably (6”4 and 5”6) we arrived quite late so did not have any encounter with the staff. However received a very pleasant greeting when leaving the next morning

Absolutely perfect location you can walk from this location to anywhere in Copenhagen. This location was absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hostel/hotel . Very much enjoyed my stay here. I did get a 1 bed room. ( it’s a little bit more expensive, but I enjoy my own space.) this hotel is not marked very well on the street and is set back in an ally-way . I occasionally would see people out on the walk way pacing back-and-forth, trying to find it and I would point them in the direction. Please notice my video I tried to make it easy. This hostel it’s very clean.. The shower area is very clean and is cleaned every day thoroughly as well as the toilet room. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. cheers! 🏴‍☠️⏳🏴‍☠️

Hotel Nyhavn 63 is great value for money and in the perfect location to explore Copenhagen. The rooms and bedding were spotless and extremely comfortable. The check in process is really easy.

Lockers only in the lobby and had to pay so I had to sleep with all our belongings at the bottom of bed in the capsule. There was an odd smell the whole time and bathrooms weren’t very clean, I was supposed to stay 3 nights but could only handle 1night.

Best location. Amazing receptionist iman, she’s wonderful. Room not so great especially room 106! You can hear everything I think it’s the thin wall and The creeky floor… was awake till 4am! But the reception iman transferred me to a better room. Thanks to her. If your not bothered with the noise this is your place but if sleep is important to you well not ideal. But if you’re in the budget go for it! It’s lovely building very historic, just the thin wall and creeky floors.

It’s basically a shared dorm but your bed area is locked. If you’re backpacking you can just keep your bag in the capsule with you. Towels need to be rented though, so either prepare to pay for one or bring your own. It was basically exactly as advertised! Staff at the front desk were nice, and you can order stuff there like coffee or hot chocolate. That’s also where you can get towels.

Perfectly good for purpose. Tbf I didn’t spend much time in the hotel but when I did, no complaints.

Always enjoy a stay here in a great part of town!

Perfect location! Didn’t get email from them about late check in 😞but good I still went there it was very easy self check in! First time stayed not in hotel and had really good experience!

The facilities were clean and for the price I cannot complain, The fan in my capsule was broken which meant I had to sleep without a blanket, but this did not spoil my stay.

Only stayed for one night but it was a nice hostel.

The pods where poorly ventilated the fans just made noise and didn't blow out air.. the place was noisy at all hours. Not just from other guests but all the staff as my pod was next to storage room and had to listen to cleaners rummaging around at stupid o'clock also inadequate space to store personal items as none of the pods have there own private lockers. having to sleep with one's luggage at the end of the mattress is a joke! The annoying thing you can store luggage down stairs in the bar area at extortionate rate £160 dkk for 24h At a time. If you like the privledge of sleeping after a long journey i wouldn't recommend

We stayed in the private room. The location is unbeatable! Find a nicer hotel with good service and towels in the same area…

Really great location, in lively Nyhavn with water taxis, metros, bike rental all close by. Our only real issue was that the cleanliness of the place overall was lacking. Expectations of cleanliness with shared bathroom/shower facilities are generally low, these were about what you'd expect. This does not reflect the effort of staff however, who were clearly doing what they could. We didnt experience any issues with noise, its a very busy area so if you expect silence then thats on you. Bed was comfortable enough, pillows actually very comfortable! A good little budget friendly option. I'm sure the wealthy owner could spring for some more staff salaries - got to be making a fortune out this place, people crammed in everywhere!

Fans on and still not enough ventilation in the cube so had to have the door open, but with so many cubes with people in every dorm room (and any other possible space in the building) the air quality is very poor. Be aware of neighbors snoring, farting, talking, walking, dressing, sexing -everyone hears everything.

Great location. Difficult for me to find. The fellow at the reception was not helpful and felt smug and arrogant. My Danish friend spoke to him and felt that he was tired of working in the tourist industry and that led to his arrogance. I asked about a room with private bath and the price he gave me was the price of the room online, without factoring in that I already had paid for a room for two nights. The bathrooms were a pain, but otherwise my room was fine.

I had booked a capsule never having stayed in 1, didn't know what to expect, it was ok but had issues getting in and out of the capsule

Lovely courtyard by a Japanese restaurant (share common outdoor seating area). Beautiful exposed beams and nice bar/reception with friendly staff. None of the positives can overcome the sleeping conditions. My first pod was next to outdoor seating area’s window. So, my pod kept filling with smoke. The pod would quake violently every time the couple above me would enter and exit. So, I asked if there was a different location with an opening. There was one on the next floor up. So, he happily moved me there. He said they had put a portable air conditioner in the room the pods reside and it should be chilly. I was excited about that since the previous pod bordered on uncomfortably hot (the pod had a circulation fan that helped with that). So, I moved up to the next floor. The room was nice and cool, great! then I opened the pod’s door and it was so hot that I felt I couldn’t stand it. So, I kept the door opened (which 100% of the people on this floor did). I thought leaving the door opened would eventually clear out the sweltering temperature and it would become ambient temperature. But, this pod had no circulation fan (although there was a button to turn one in and off). The unit that houses the fan was emptied. I slept about five hours my entire stay due to the heat. My phone wouldn’t charge over 80% because it kept piping up a warning that it would begin charging once it reached a safe temperature. It felt like a plausible mediaeval torture method. I won’t return.
