Great location and friendly staff.

Amazing

The rooms and bathrooms were kept clean and it was basically a quiet place. There were days when the bathroom (1 bathroom shared by 6 rooms with 2+ people each) did not have have toilet paper nor hand towels. If you stay in rooms 101-106, I suggest to not use the showers in that area....you had to continuously push a button, each push the water lasted a few minutes then you had to push again. Additionally, the water was scalding hot at times and freezing the next. The showers in the 107+ were so much. better.....The water stayed on constantly, and the temperature stayed the same throughout the entire shower. Quite expensive for for such a room.

Hotel location is excellent but busy as expected.

The property is great but there was no staff to provide towels or to help problem solve. We had a late arrival and early departure and we were not able to find towels or any other support. This seems like a flaw in the business plan.

Just for a night, excellent location but hard beds and a lot of noise from the guest

First time trying a capsule hotel.Adequate space for temporary accommodation.Good location near metro,restaurants and shops.Upbeat location.Enjoyed my stay.

We had to check in very late and it was no problem. I called ahead to check, and they were very helpful. The pod was as expected, and was clean & secure - the bathrooms were also as expected for communal bathroom (not quite so clean). Good value if you just need a space to sleep, would use again. Really lovely location, right next to canal.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had. It’s absolute hell. The pod and the beds are comfortable themselves, but they are so hot, and the ventilation makes absolutely no difference. You have to store everything in the pod, there is no where not even a shelf to put your bag. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, no towel given. Honestly I put up with it for one night, the location is top class, but it’s so hot and uncomfortable that it takes away from any enjoyment you can have at staying at something like this. Defo won’t be back, defo don’t recommend. This is the first and last time I will stay in a pod like hotel.

Property was expertly located to the centre and within walking distance of everything. Would recommend taking flip flops due to the high level of people using the showers.

Exceded all my expectations! The pods are quirky and futuristic, but ultimately super comfortable! And the location is PERFECT. I’d definitely stay here again.

Website showed towels included but there was charge for them. WiFi didn’t work in pod when door closed. Not social like a hostel. Staff was helpful. Not worth the price.

Close to shopping , restaurants and activity locations

The only postive aspect about this place was its location. Other than that, everything else was far below average. They charge separately for keeping luggage before checking in and staffs are unprofessional and rude. Our bedsheet was extremely dirty and it smelled like armpit so we requested to be changed, but the front desk staff told us that he doesn't know how to do it and that we have to wait until next morning when cleaning staffs come in. So I had to ask him to just give us a new bad sheet and I had to change it on my own. Bathroom was also a mess. Its showerhead has extremely dirty and it seemed like it was never cleaned. I liked everything in Copenhagen except this place.
