Nice hotel, friendly people and easy walk town even on a bitterly cold day

The room is not worth what they charge. There are no USB ports, very few power outlets, and hardly any lights. It was warm during our stay, yet we were given very thick duvets. There was only one window that opens about 6 inches wide to let in some air.

We would have really appreciated a fan in the room. It was quite hot during our stay, and it had been hot for weeks. Also, if there is anything going on in the Park, the noise comes right in. The music lasted until 11 PM. The food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. One young man at reception even moved his personal car so that we would have a place to park.

Arrived late key was in box, nice clean room, quiet had a good sleep. Breakfast table was fine, nothing fancy.

Our stay started by getting to the hotel late because of flight delays. The hotel staff accommodated our very late arrival by having a staff member stay late. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very quite. The breakfast was great and had a lot of selections. We had a piece of luggage lost by the airlines and the staff was very helpful in helping us get it back. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very good location. You can't go wrong booking this hotel.

What a wonderful find! My family and I stayed here for only one night on our holiday travels, but we will definitely be returning. The staff was great. Helpful, polite, professional, and willing to accommodate our late arrival on a Sunday. The hotel itself is rich with history and is a beauty. We will definitely be returning.

Værelset vi fik tildelt manglede skab og hylder, samt aflægningsplads i badeværelset.

Godt værelse, juniorsuite. Maden i restauranten levede ikke helt op til vores forventninger, heller ikke morgenmaden. God seng. Lækkert badeværelse. Dejligt beliggende i parken og tæt på byen. Søde unge mennesker i receptionen og restaurant.

Værelset ikke rengjort ved ankomst. Borde i restaurant til morgenmad ikke afryddet løbende. Sengen sjusket redt.

Morgenmaden var ikke helt i top. Æg var ofte hårdkogte. Manglede franskbrød med flere kærner. Manglede honning- ellers ok.

The photos of this hotel showed a beautiful park where the historic hotel laid and a peaceful place. When we arrived there was a big festival being built right outside our window. Big beer tents and fences. Big plastic tarps and noice from machines. We could not see the park. Terrible to not inform guests about this. It ruined our stay.
