Five star service and food.

Not good for the price

I liked it and my wife too. I liked the dining options and it is quieto and the staff is friendly.

We called ahead for a late check-in and were greeted at the gate by a man holding a shotgun and a beer. He proceeded to show part of our party to their room and stated that he would be back to take the “gordita” to her room, meaning myself. Entering the room, there was no air conditioner running until he turned it on, which was a portable unit and nothing, and I mean nothing, was plugged in. Our welcome drinks were 2 hot bottles waters. The rest of our party came to my room because their a/c was not working in their room and mine was working at a minimum. Early in the morning, we had an excursion pick-up at 7 am. We were unable to address the issues we were having with our accommodations because there was no staff available and to also address that our power was completely out at this time. After returning from our excursion at 5 pm, we packed our belongings and met in the lobby to checkout. Thank God for Luke, who was a Rockstar! Luke handled the situation like a Pro and needs a raise!

I was only there for 1 night and maybe I could review it better if I was there longer

The property was ok for a stop and drive by. They offer free breakfast which was good and made to order so that was unexpected! Thank you. However hard to get them they on a phone! I left my ID and can’t seem to get them to contact me.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff and the owner Bob, who welcomed us personally. He made the accomadations i requested and the resort in itself is beautiful.

I enjoyed the ambience. It felt like a boutique resort, very personal and informal. The staff were very friendly and entertaining. I enjoyed the cooked to order all inclusive cuisine.

Food was horrible!! Not the cleanest. Bed was uncomfortable. In the morning windows were not properly covered so sunlight Pearced through very brightly

Me gusto todo, solo puede tener una mejora el agua de la piscina debe estar mas cristalina.

El hotel no es parecido a lo que venden en la foto, las camas con polvo, cucarachas y las instalaciones viejas y rotas. Muy mala experiencia.

Mala gestión a la hora de carga l check out sin personal en lobby hay sobre valuación en la fotos en verdad no lo recomiendo pero es opción personal
