Comfortable stay, convenient location, people are very quiet and polite, the bathrooms are spacious

Very clean accommodation including shared areas - we stayed in one of the quad rooms with a en-suite as were with kids and was perfect for one night. Although the bunks were VERY high off the ground so the kids ended up in the bottom bunks. Room and bathroom were spotless and appreciated the Rituals products. Enjoyed a drink from the vending machines and a sit in the shared area which was fine. One host was great heard him giving lots of tips to other guests. They recommended Hart bakery for breakfast which was a hit all round - best cinnamon buns we tried all week.

Such a unique place to stay! I loved it! It had everything I needed & was in the perfect spot to walk or hop on the bus to see and do tons of things. For example, it is about a 1 km (easy) walk to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, and other popular sites. Walk a bit further or take a local bus to get to Nyhavn and the popular shopping district. City Hub is easy to navigate, and the hosts are kind, friendly, and helpful. Serve yourself a night cap or coffee and find a comfy spot to hang out. Bathrooms are large & kept very clean. Toilet stalls and shower stalls are private. Access to a well-stocked kitchen so you can eat your take out or leftovers. The private hubs for sleeping are AWESOME!!! So very comfortable and quiet! And as a solo traveler, I felt completely safe at all times. I met the manager, Vinnie, and his partner, Emin. Lovely guys & we had a wonderful conversation!

Pods were nice, weren’t very clean though :( Mine had hairs and a lot of dust, and also marks on the mattress. Showers were nice, toilets weren’t very clean. Staff were friendly, would have been nice to have breakfast onsite. Location was good not too far from city centre/tourist spots. I’d visit again despite the few downsides

Amazing place! So affordable for where it is, coolest place I have ever stayed. Staff were amazing! Love the whole wristband situation and the self service bar was so cool, couldn’t fault this place at all!

Great and very cute

The Pods are a great size for two people and lovely communal area for eating. Clean toilets and shower area.

The led lights around the bed made the stay more fun

This is quite an interesting place, you use your wristband to enter your room and to set up a bar tab. Love the addition of the time out section behind the curtain and the potential for movie nights.

Room is tiny .

Was only in for a few hours, needed somewhere easy to sleep for a 16hr layover and this was great! Breakfast at Grød in the morning was definitely worth it as well would recommend trying!

Really comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really cool place! The cubes are great for a solo traveler, with enough space for your stuff and nice spacious bed. The bath robe provided was a nice touch. Bathroom was always clean, space in the common fridge. Beers and coffe were a little steep but you pay for the convenience. The staff was friendly. The only thing (and maybe this really isn’t uncommon for a city like Copenhagen - but the vibe felt a little cold, or in the common area it felt like mostly people where there to take care of business (eat, book their next hotel, check-in for flight, figure out where to go) instead of chill. Maybe it was just me or the time I was there. Otherwise it was awesome and I’d definitely stay there again

I will definitely be returning for another stay, great staff, fantastic facilities and the cleanliness was top teir! Oh and not to forget... an incredible nights sleep!

These "pods" are a quirky, but actually pretty cool concept. I love that they were clean, welcoming, friendly, good amenities, but also with privacy. I was impressed with how cozy and comfortable the pods were, as well as how well the sound insulation worked. I would definitely stay again for a short trip.
