The room was stuffy with no cross ventilation.
The advertised dinner "a la carte" menu was nonexistant. The buffet, advertised as "lavish," was not being replenished half an hour before closing, ditto the breakfast buffet every day. The kitchen was not cooperative when replenishment of basic items was requested.
Upon checkout there were several errors on the bill (all in the hotel's favor, of course) which were not noticed until after the credit card charge had been processed. No one seemed to know how to do a credit card refund, so we had to take the refund in cash - awkward as it was Sunday and we were leaving rhe country the following morning before having a bank available to exchange the cash for US currency.
