We had the pleasure of working with Emily, the front desk/reservation department. She was so hospitable and supportive. We got a room thinking our view out towards the lake was gonna be perfect but unfortunately a tree fell and blocked our view. I left a message to reservation and Emily left a voicemail and got us a new room with perfect view of the lake. Communicative, responsive, and professional. We couldn’t thank her enough. I would like to thank the housekeeping staff also, for helping get our room cleaned and ready on time!

Clean, great amenities and great activities available through the resort. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Each individual we talked to on property was very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful at Bluefin.

The place is beautiful, by the lake, we stayed one night after driving for 16hrs to get there, so we were tired. The issue with the fridge and mini split...is they are LOUD, and could not fall asleep

SURFSIDE was a fabulous place to bring my family! The amenities are wonderful! Coffee , fire pit and s’mores, great pool and huge hot tub. We’re going back next year!

Nice unit and view of the lake. Didn't like 16 stairs to get down to it. Could use more utensils, hangers and a place to set your suitcase! Limited food selection.

Condo was spacious and very comfortable. It was exceptionally quiet.

Love the huge windows that look out on the lake

The king suite with a jetted tub was amazing. The views, the room, cleanliness, amenities, were all top notch. Room service was incredibly fast and burgers were delivered and delicious (5 stars!)! Ribeye steaks (2 stars) were ok in person at the Bluefin Grille, pickup a local cut of steak and grill it yourself on the grills at the property! Everything else about the property was great. Very cozy. Will be returning to the Surfside location in the future!

There are lots of mosquito in the my suite. We got lots of mosquito bites. Wasn’t relaxing much because mosquito bites were really itching and uncomfortable

It was exactly what I needed for a weekend away to slow down and take a breath.

Right on Lake Superior. Can walk 20 steps out the patio, and are on the shore of Lake Superior. Great sunrise and sunset! Excellent lake air. Cozy and comfy one bedroom with all the amenities including a big soaking jet tub, fire place, rotating rocking chairs, windows with shades facing the lake. Everything was perfect!
