Todo excelente, sólo que tardaban un poco en la preparación del desayuno. Pero muy rico, buen servicio, bonito lugar.

Very nice, family friendly , pool and good food

Excellent service from the desk overnight guy. He brought us complementary hot chocolate and the next morning saved us breakfast at 10 am and allowed us to check out later at 1 pm.

I went through some inconvenience with the leaking in the kitchen and bathroom, dirty bathroom, old towels with human hair and stains. the front desk very unstaffed. One person was doing all hotel duties such as prepare food, maintenance among other things. I also want to mention that the villa we stayed in is very outdated. It looks like the owner and or management didn’t make any updates or replacements since it was originally built. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The bedroom nightstands are also due a replacement. The cleaning is horrible. There is dust and stains everywhere.

The staff asked to pay at front desk, just wanna do everything thru expedia. Room was smaller than pics. Breakfast first day was served at 9am as coffee too and that was very inconvenient. No bonfire and hotel conditions weren’t at its best

Fue una villa con dos habitaciones, es tranquilo y buen lugar a pasar un tiempo. Pero, duraban mucho a preparar desayunos aunque no habían mucha gente.

Visito Rancho Constanza desde hace 15 años y nunca lo había encontrado tan descuidado. Deben mejorar la limpieza, el cuidado de la jardinería y el servicio al cliente. La joven que nos atendió fue desatenta y poco amable.

Hard time with the hot water

s a very good site for stay quiet and recharge energy.

Las ventanas pudieran tener escrines, ya que la temperatura es bastante agradable en la noche, pero como vivimos en una isla, dormir con las ventanas abiertas no es una opción. El baño necesita en la ducha donde colocar los frascos y shampoo.

Great place, quite, friendly staff and close to the city.

We stayed in a small bedroom with a twin bed, small 32in TV with limited cable and poor internet. The hotel is 50 years old and apparently not renovated since inauguration!! Good breakfast and excellent service. Great dinner, friendly Chef! Taxis are expensive, can't walk to town.

Nice property when you are on a budget. Well priced, comfortable bed, clean, full breakfast included, centrally located in Constanza. Everything you need nothing you don’t.
