It was a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Plaza Europa. As usual, they accommodated well. The only thing was that the kitchen could have been better equipped, but the staff were right there when needed to help me out if necessary. A great stay as usual.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Plaza Europa. The people are friendly, and the room was good. The air conditioning was excellent. The price was right. All around, I have happy memories of that place.

The Big Fridge and great shower. I would be nice if you could replace the mats with matresses.

Nothing special about the hotel, there we insects in the room. But the staff keep the room clean.

Do not stay here, pay the extra money and stay at a better location it’s not worth it.

I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Sosua that wants to be in a good location that is close to the nightlife.

I will just come out and say it, I was walking up the stairs to my room and a rat, not a mouse, a full sized rat ran down the stairs and right past my foot. When I got to the room I was literally shaking from being so startled. I told the woman at the reception window and she didn't seem bothered at all. Thank God I was only there for the day and decided to stay because I had a flight that evening and the place was cheap. If you want a cheap place with decent air conditioning, but don't mind rodents then enjoy. Not for me though.

Charging an additional fee for more than 1 visitor to a room

Very good price. Pool. Free coffee. Nice staff. Bar and restaurant on site. Walking distance to beach and other restaurants. Overall a good place.

The locatio of the hotel is great and the staff is welcoming. They also have good security.and hot water. The wifi was very weak and the toilet pressure is not too strong.

Place was very dirty people at the front didnt care about anything just wanted to swipe my card. I checked out 1 hour after i checked in .. area was very low class also
