The hotel is nicely appointed but there are some rough edges to sort out. E.g., frequent (but brief) power blackouts, slow wait staff in the restaurant, laundry that takes 2 days instead of the promised 1 day, a room safe that suddenly stopped recognizing the code, and cleaning staff that unnecessarily replaced soaps I had used only once but never replaced the washcloth that they took away.

The hotel rooms are always clean. The staff is very friendly and always looking to help. The hotel is near supermarket and close to Acacia Mall.
