This place was amazing! 8 minutes walking distance from a good and big grocery store. Kitchen provides everything you need, including even spatulas and measuring spoons. Also, the management provides a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 tide pods for the washer and a roll of paper towels - so don’t bring your own!

One of the best hotel rooms I’ve gotten in recent years, especially for the price, amenities, and location. Without a doubt, I will book here again!

Centrally located place, with great bedding and very quiet throughout the day. The Wi-Fi and TV worked great. The linens and bathroom were very clean. The only downside is that there are few things to do around the property, and the liquor store around the corner attracts unwanted attention.

Check in was pretty smooth, the girls at the front desk are very helpful. There is a $250 USD incidental fee for the room and house keeping is only every 4th day of your stay but you can ask for extra towels if needed. As soon as I enter the room I loved the space. It’s very spacious for a studio apartment. It has a washer and dryer which I definitely made use of. It had a kitchen which was a nice touch as well as the bathroom was very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the bath tub did get clogged towards the ending of the stay which I communicated with them via text message. The property has a text messaging system that can help you with any concerns/questions you need regarding your stay. The property is walking distance from a lot of local restaurants and stores. They also have scooters laid out in front of the property that you can rent to help you get around which is super fun. Last minute I decided to do a very late 3pm check out which the property offers for an additional $80 USD. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

This is a great, inexpensive place to stay in NoMa. It's at the edge of the new development. The room itself was fine. Nothing special, but fine. Would recommend if you're in NoMa on a budget.

Peaceful

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the high price, I expected a much better experience. First off, there's no parking available, which is a huge inconvenience—especially since it's located on a very congested area of New York Avenue. On top of that, they charged a hefty deposit that wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. What really upset me was being charged twice the cost of my hotel stay. I’m still trying to sort that out. Overall, this place is absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Clean property,area could use a little more work

The guest service exceeded my expectations! I am a germaphobe and the cleanliness passed the vibe check: so clean :) safety! Building is secured with pins and cameras for the residents safety. I would like to thank Zania and Ms: English for their EXCEPTIONAL guest service and unmatched hospitality with a people first centered, kindness, professionalism I encountered while checking in. Everything was good

Having an entire apartment is ideal— kind staff, new facilities and close to amenities.

Check-in was easy, the price was totally reasonable, room was immaculate and staff are very friendly! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

A great stay in beautiful apartments just a little bit outside the central area of DC but easily accessible
