Loved the spa

The property is within walking distance of the Old Town and Parnu Beach—great spa and spa services. A small convenience store is inside the hotel, and many adjacent restaurants. A friendly family-style hotel.

Parking costs per day but the breakfast was included in the price! Very near to the beach & nice relaxing spa experience.

Convenient place and the spa access is great

Building is fairly old and gets hot. Room was clean, beds were comfortable but it's very basic with little room to lay things down. The location is great so if you plan on spending time outside the hotel it's perfectly fine. I didn't visit the spa area so can't comment on that.

Clean and simple room with comfortable bed!

Very nice spa and pools. Parking was basically anywhere in the neighborhood you could fit your car. The beds were basic, not the most comfortable. The breakfast was decent but they would not let me return to my room with coffee to enjoy on my balcony. Location is great for walking around town or the beach.

The Medical spa & hotel was better than I expected. I think that the spa facilities are one of the best in Parnu, the swimming pool is quite large and has another 5 facilities of showers, etc just in one area and then in another area are the steam rooms,etc. The morning buffet had a very good selection too, there is one young woman at the reception (Heidi) I believe that was very helpful.

Fine as always though too many Finnish retired people.

the pool section seemed lovely. The wifi didn't work in our room so we had to go sit in the lobby. breakfast was just ok- powdered eggs, black coffee machine and then cold milk next to it. A bit expensive if you are just lookin for a hotel room, but a good deal if you are planning on using the pool, saunas, etc.

Thermidor spa excellent; but hotel is an old hospital, noisy corridors & basic.

1. Small room for 2 person, with Soviet time renovation, with no view, with terrible bathroom conditions, these all didn't shown in your website when I book this hotel. 2. WiFi connection is too slow, or sometime it doesn't work. 3. Other very important thing is that swimming pool and saunas we can use only from 6:30-10:00 am, after this period I have to pay. In your website is written that this hotel have indoor swimming pool in general information about hotel, but not about abovementioned thing that I have to pay for several hours. I have never stayed such a bad hotel and room. But I belived that your booking system was clear and costumer can rely on information and photos were showed in your website and mobile application.

Aivan ylihintainen! Hotelli jämähtänyt 80-90 luvulle ja paikat sen mukaisessa kunnossa. Huoneessa erikoinen haju. Hinta oli yli 200e yöltä, arvoltaan reilusti alle 50e

Siisti, kiva paikka ja ihana kylpylä mutta aamupala korkeintaan kohtalainen.

Nice stay and spa was nice

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, vessaa ei siivottu koko aikana, minkä yövyimme, 4 yötä.

Hotellin olemuksessa vanhaa neuvostoaikaa havaittavissa mutta kuitenkin perussiisti. Kylpyläpuoli yllättävän laaja ja saunatarjonnasta plussaa. Aamupala ei vakuuttanut.
