The breakfast

The hotel was nice and clean. Hotel staff was great and super helpful. It was a great price. Nothing fancy, we got what we needed an adorable place to stay. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. It was all fenced in so I felt safe.

Very nice property, Eco Lodge, wonderful staff, good food, very accommodating for complicated flight schedule.

Lost power due to an electrical storm and workers trying to restore power were very noisy. We had an early flight and could not sleep due to the noise. Then the man in the adjoining room was talking very loudly until 2 am. We knocked on his door twice to ask him to be quiet and he was very rude. Power was restored sometime around 1am again waking us up.

Staff was very nice. I arrived late and they were able to make me a delicious chicken lasagna

Amazing staff, loved that I was able to catch a ride from the airport cheaper than Uber, and was met with a sign. Rooms were adorable and set in a quaint town with amazing dining options close by.

Overall great experience, young lady at front desk was great. She even made our breakfast to go at 3 am the day we left to airport.

I liked it and would go back. The service was friendly and helpful despite my awful spanish, they worked with me. Room was clean and comfortable. The taxi they arranged to take me to the airport was prompt and friendly. The food at the restaurant was good. Not fabulous but definitely worth eating.

Un hotel ecologico no de lujos pero muy util. De mucha utilidad para quienes necesitan realizar actividades en quito pero cerca del aeropuerto. Todo el staff es excelente y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte

This property is a small, privately own hotel, close to the airport, with an amazing person on staff. We arrived late in the evening, and our receptionist, who was also the cook and the concierge; in spite of the 8 people claiming for her attention, took care of us efficiently and with patience. Carolina is the reason they are getting this rating from me. She provided us with needed information and cooked our meal. The facilities are basic and the buildings are surrounded by a nice yard with lots of fruit trees. We got a room on the second floor, and it was noisy night and day. Every time someone rang the door bell for access, it was loud and clear in our room. You could also hear the noise from the kitchen in the morning and the staff cleaning in the other rooms, moving furniture, moping, etc. after breakfast. I suspect the rooms in the other building do not have the same problem, but I can't confirm. The location is convenient if you have an early or late flight, but there is nothing else around it. You need a car service to go anywhere else.

I would not stay here again. The driver did not pick us up. The room was in disrepair. And guests were smoking and talking loudly right outside our door past midnight.

Staff and breakfast were great.

The women running the hotel went out of their way to help us get taxi cabs early morning and late night. They made us sandwiches in the early morning when we were going to miss breakfast

Tranquility--you can enjoy watching the field of sunflowers adjacent to the property. The location is very convenient to Quito airport. Thank you Springhills

I stayed 4 nights. The staff were the heart of this hotel. Lovely, warm people. The room I had was simply furnished, but that was all I needed and the bed was really comfortable. I slept well. Breakfast was coffee, (im sure they did tea too), freshly squeezed juice, fruit and scrambled egg with toast. There were options of food for dinner. Not freshly prepared, but the lasagne i had was tasty. It was in a small town not far from the airport. On the flight path, but I enjoyed that. Most people who stayed had hire cars. I didn't but got to know the walk to the main road and the bus stops well (15 min walk). They were very accommodating. Reception was covered 24 hours a day. People could arrive outside of check-in times, and be welcomed and allowed to relax in the reception area or garden until their rooms were ready. I know one lady arranged a room with them so she could sleep in a bed for a few hours between flights. The WiFi was not great.

This was a good basic hostel for those wanting a stay prior to departing to airport

Great stay! Super convenient to airport, secure parking for our rental car. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast.
