The price was right and the was very clean. I'll go back stay again

Needs work

Dirty. Vomit in elevator. Entire 2nd floor reeked of marijuana. Broken and loose tiles. Rotted drywall. No hot water in shower. Front desk service was incresibly slow and unfriendly.

The phone number for the hotel was incorrect on email confirmation. We could not call to ask that the room be held. We arrived after midnight. The sofa bed had a cupcake smashed between the cushions plus there was what looked like pee on the entryway floor. Was given another room with one king (we requested 2 queen). Floors weren’t vacuumed and bathroom and entry floors obviously had not been mopped. We were given another room for my daughter on a different floor. That floor needed mopping! The lady at the desk did all the cleaning necessary. We were so tired having driven 10+ hours.

There was no amenities in restroom, when I went to front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes until clerk came to frontdesk. When i checked my bed there was hair on the bed. Also the pool was closed down. Not the greatest but also not the worst. I give it an average rating.

Too bad pool wasn't open

The pool is closed. I was charged a $50 incidental fee I wasn’t expecting. However, it’s local and I have a family funeral in the morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Dining options were good. The facility was clean.

Only thing I didn’t like is there were stained in the covers still and the water in the showers wasn’t hot AT ALL . and the tubs were rusty just needs a little upgrade. But overall loved the staff !

When i got to my room i noticed the ac wasnt working, so i called the front desk. She moved me to a different room. Great customer service. It's also close to my grandchildren. I will definitely be back.

Just a night stay. Convenient and easy access near highway. Seems like old with little sound from the nearby room, but we had good and clean room. A lady in the customer service provided towels and toiletries when asked. Felt little discomfort due to fire alarms but have very supportive customer service. Excellent for what we paid. Thanks

Good job, nice place

We didn’t get to eat Sunday morning cause there was no plates to use. We asked about them Told us we’re getting g some but never did. The clerk did t even bother getting up to see if they even had bowls in the back when she said might have some In the back too busy memo g on her phone.

The room door wouldn't lock

I received a call right after booking stating they have cancelled my reservation! I have yet to receive a refund!!!! Please let me know when I can get my refund. Thank you
