A comfortable vacation to Bromo without having to join an open trip. It's truly a slow day and recommended for a staycation. Whether you want sunrise or sunset, it's right before your eyes in your room. The service is excellent, the rooms are well worth it, and the breakfast is delicious. Bromo feels like a foreign country. Go for it! 😍

The service and facilities are beyond doubt ⭐⭐⭐. Every time you visit Bromo, you must stay here. However, the road leading to Artotel needs improvement. The road is bumpy and rocky. Slippery during the rainy season and dusty during the dry season. It's dangerous for drivers at night due to the lack of street lighting.

The hotel is good, but for the amount we paid, it's not good enough. There was no heating in a very cold area, so the room was freezing at night. The restaurant was okay, but the service was non-existent. We wanted to order more food and drinks but gave up as the staff member did not look up from his phone, even after standing in front of him for some time to pay the bill. The rooms have no fridge or safety deposit box.

The hotel is comfortable, cool because it's on the mountain, clean, and has a great view. The purpose of this trip was simply to staycation without going up or down to Bromo. The road to the hotel is up and down, it's true that it's located on a mountain, but it's safe, just winding and there are many uphill climbs. We departed via Probolinggo. Note: During check-in, the receptionist was not very responsive. Guests who arrived didn't immediately stand up, but remained seated. There wasn't a warm welcome like most hotels (she was even busy typing while sitting), so the receptionist next door handled it.

Check-in took a while because not many rooms were ready. We couldn't enter until 4:00 PM WIB. The staff wasn't very responsive when working.

The staff was very friendly, check in was quite fast, the room was clean and comfortable, the water heater worked well.

The tense journey through the fog paid off, greeted by friendly service, sparkling stars in the sky, cold morning fresh air, the sound of birds chirping, beautiful sunrise, delicious food, for those who want to stay overnight it is better to come during the day because the winding road is foggy and can enjoy the sunset, for Artotel Cabin, please add a guardrail and more lighting in front of the cabin for safety.

The view & ambiance is so fascinating. Room cleanliness and amenities are quite excellent. I'm so happy I could enjoy the sunrise directly from my room.

The place is very special, but the road to the hotel is narrow.

Cabin surrounding was very beautiful, cabin ambience was good and clean. But the food is quite overpriced compared to the taste. I ordered pecel rice for sahur and the only vegetables that came were bean sprouts. The fried rice my husband ordered to break his fast was too salty.

Overall it was pleasant, it just so happened that when I stayed, the wind at night was quite strong, and made the roof a little noisy so it disturbed my sleep quality, maybe there was a loose part of the roof, maybe the manager could find out which part was loose.

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where the accommodation is super comfortable, really nice.

Others hunt for sunrise from their hotels, even from their hometowns in Surabaya or Malang, leaving early in the morning in a jeep to get the view we did. But we can catch a truly beautiful sunrise just by opening the window, going outside, or enjoying coffee on the terrace of this hotel restaurant... thank God. Thank you, Artotel Cabin Bromo.
