Walking distance to a Cafe , market , restaurant, spa and the T. Host was very welcoming , our bed was super comfortable , shower was Nice and warm . Would book again if were around the area . Thanks

delightful breakfast included hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cheese, pastries, rustic breads, toaster available, coffee, tea assortment, and much more. nice conversation with owner and other guests during breakfast hour. short walk to train for easy commute into the city. I would stay here again if I come back to the Boston area.

The continental breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed visiting with other guests at breakfast. The T train was two blocks away with service every 8 minutes.

Claudia was very personable. The breakfast was plentiful. It was a great experience overall!

Our room was spacious and had a lovely enclosed porch too! The host was warm and friendly. Location convenient to Boston, Cambridge and Salem was not far either. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place! Really enjoyed my stay; the people were warm and inviting; the house was very homey and close to the Green line. Loved the breakfast---will be staying again!

We stayed for two nights. I wish it was longer. The room is large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has a deep tub and walk in shower. The highlight for us was the attached private screened porch. We had coffee out there in the morning and ended the day with a glass of wine. Perfect stay. The owner was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place

Beautiful old house and cozy company.

The room was adorable and homey, staff were absolutely lovely and breakfast was fabulous.

We had a lovely time at the Village B&B,our hostess was great,friendly,knowledgeable about Boston and very helpful with directions to trains,a very short walk from house ,and where we wanted to be in the city.The house and gardens are beautiful and very comfortable,breakfast was delicious and plentyful,we made full use of the garden and the little village has lovely shops and eateries, cant fault anything .

This was a lovely place, close to Rt9, but seemed so far away! Our suite on the top floor was very clean and comfy, though tall people might beware of the dormer roof in the bathroom. A great spread for the continental breakfast in the dining room. And there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Claudia is a great host, very helpful but not intrusive.

Claudia was a great host. Excellent continental breakfast and close to Newton Highlands T-stop and a number of restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I loved my stay! Claudia is a wonderful, kind and friendly host and her house is beautiful, warm, clean and inviting. My bed was very comfortable and the room felt like it could have been my bedroom at home. The delicious breakfast, very close proximity to great restaurants, village shops, fitness studios, public transportation and free off street parking made this a five star experience. I'm not much for B&Bs in general, but for a last-minute trip to a funeral, this was a great find. My host, Claudia, was warm and friendly, and the room, bathroom, and screened-in porch were clean and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back under better circumstances.
