We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our visit memorable, though, was the exceptional service from the front desk. A special thank-you to Sasha, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Her kind demeanor and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel—great location, excellent service, and staff who go the extra mile. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location - right on the lake, with a number of restaurants at the property or around. Great place to enjoy the summer on the lake for adults or kids alike.

Great. Screen door was loud and needs a gentle close adaptation and would be perfect.

We stayed at The Palmer Inn. So cute, quiet, and peaceful! The location was great-we stayed for a concert of Bank of NH Pavilion. Super easy to get too!! Only a 15 minute drive! Meredith is also adorable and so quaint. Will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms at the Inn should be renovated with modern look and amenities.

Property was different from most hotel resorts as the title would suggest. It was in good shape yet had history. All in all a good stay.

I didn't like not having the room freshened up and trash collected. It was a beautiful room though. Too bad the amenities were in other buildings. I liked the setting with the waterfalls. Also the Marketplace was convenient. Shopped at Innisfree and enjoyed Ben and Jerry's. The pizzeria was delicious.

Room was not ready. We usually arrive a little early at other hotels and always get checked in. We were not able to check in until 4:15. And there were others told it would take another 20 minutes...

We loved our stay last week! The room was great and a beautiful view! We would book this again if we go back to the area. Also, we ate at Camp and it was delicious!! We ate at Lakehouse grill and I had the best steak I have had in a very long time!!

Our stay at the inn was pretty average. Comfortable bed, but the room and bathroom were definitely outdated and in need of a refresh. (There was a sign in the lobby noting a full room refresh was coming in late 2025.) The balcony was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but nothing special.

We had a great time! We swam in the lake, pool, and enjoyed the hot tub. The restaurant, Lago, was delicious and the alcolic drinks were the kind of quality you don't expect to get anymore. We had the clam and fish dish and I'll get that again next year when we go back.

Gross. Sofa stained and some substance dripping down the bathroom door. Very dirty.

Got to check in and they had no reservation because they overbooked the hotel. Left me without a place to stay at 830pm after being on the motorcycle all day!

We were traveling on a motorcycle and we arrived at the property at 9:38 PM. We were out all day and when we got there, they said our room had been canceled and Expedia should have notified us they had but as I said we were traveling on a motorcycle And we had nowhere else to go at 10 PM not a good scene

Beautiful place to stay! Super friendly staff. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The only complaint I had was that the resort buildings are separated so being new to the area made it confusing to find the building I was staying in. Other than that, absolutely recommend!
