Close to Jatim Park 1, Alun-alun Batu and others, it just needs a lot of improvement, for cleanliness it really needs to be improved, the water in the bathroom in the main room on the ground floor is very small, it needs to be repaired. And for the mini pool, it really needs to be replaced with water, or charge if you want to use the mini pool.

There was rubbish under the bed when I just checked in. The garden is not maintained. The kitchen bottom drawers are very dirty. 4 4 bathrooms. 2 have water heater + soap, 2 without water heater + soap. 1 room does not have AC. Lack of electric plugs. Slippers, toothpaste and toothpaste are not provided. Only 3 towels are lent according to the number of rooms.

Seneng banget nginep di sini, villanya berada di komplek yang tenang dan dekat pos penjagaan, dekat banget dengan museum angkut, villa nya bersih siap pakai, semua fasilitas sesuai deskripsi, hiburan tersedia ada karaoke ala² dengan dua mic (tapi mic yang no 2 nya g bisa, terpaksa solo karir hehe), lagu² banyak sesuai database yutub, kamar ada 3 semuanya luas, di tiap kamar mandi yang di dalam kamar ada dua heater dan berfungsi baik, wifi lancar, dapur lengkap, piring mangkuk gelas semua tersedia banyak dan siap pakai, pemandangan di lantai 3 bagus banget. Mantap pokoknya, g nyesel. Pemiliknya ramah dan komunikatif, makasi bu Ninik.;)
