Only stayed 5 days out of 20 due to emergency no refund no nothing place is dirty

Nice treatment, especially the receptionist. Good cleanliness.

The people in the front office were cool to deal with. the horrible part of my experience was it was Infested with roaches. Payed for a week only stayed three day the Office could not refund my money because of that was Company policy.

Shawna was GREAT and her customer service was incredible.. the unit was clean and nicely staged for comfort.. I wish the towel policy was different but I would definitely stay again even without the towels.

My husband and I loved Shauna super friendly, helpful, and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.
