Great customer service.

We enjoyed out stay.

It was quaint. The bed was comfy. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasnt available until 8 so those who have to leave early dont get to eat.

Was what you would expect

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room. It included a separate sitting area with a second television. The room was immaculate. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and friendly. We will most definitely stay again.

We have family in Berne and live almost 3 hours away, convenient to enjoy being with family close by.

I really enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff and housekeeping were so nice.

Old Not very clean Weirdest automated checkout I have ever seen Breakfast not until 8.00am. When asked it was because of COVID !!!! That was years ago Being run on a shoe string. It’s a bed. That is about it.

Only place in town. Needs updating. Clean tho

Kiosk check out was difficult, person on the other end was hard to understand. Bathtub floor was slanted and slippery, no grab bars. Bathrooms need better ventilation, clean towels felt damp. Actually the whole room needed better ventilation, objects in the room also felt slightly damp. 8:30 is too late for breakfast

Was clean, quiet, and friendly.

An independent small hotel. Quiet. Clean. Ou staffed certain hours (starting 8am) so checkout might be via a remote worker on a machine. Breakfast also starts "late" (8am)

No elevator and I was on the second floor

Nice comfortable beds and good free breakfast , but the room smelled a bit musty.

This was a quaint room which was extremely clean and quiet. Perfect for our overnight trip and price was amazing!
