The neighborhood is safe and everything is within walking distance. I liked it! The staff was friendly. However, the appartment had some things that needed repair. There were holes in the linoleum floor in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. The windows in the main room didn’t lock properly. The washer was only partially secured and was hanging loose. The walk-in closet in the main room and the curtains was slightly damaged. The water, despite having a heater, was very cold whenever both bathrooms were in use or when the kitchen tap was on. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, the night lamp, TV, and nightstand were dusty, etc. I informed the receptionist, but nothing was done during my stay. I inspected the room when I arrived and took pictures, and sent these to the receptionist as the statement says you will be charged for any damages. I would have appreciated if the pictures were accurate so I could have decided beforehand whether to accept it or not.

Excellent place to stay and very safe. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Close to shopping, entertainment and transportation.

Half of the trip I had no hot water in the shower. Not pleased. No room service at all.

Great neighborhood. Accurate pictures vs reality

This was my first time in Medellin and I felt very safe at this property. I love that you’re able to walk to nearby restaurants and the stuff was very friendly.

This is my 3rd time in a year visiting HOUSY LAURELES and i can tell you that it is maintained so well and correspondence time was awesome. Recommended whoever visits in medellin . All happening and restaurants are in walkable distance.

One of my all time Favorite spots to stay in while in LAURELES whether for a night or a few days!

Overall the stay was amazing. The apartment is in good condition Except The room doors all squeak loud when you open them. The AC units are also very loud and at night it makes it difficult to stay asleep. The area is great ! Delicious and trendy restaurant options.

This property is located very close to all restaurant and famous calle 70 and it is brand new construction so the quality of stay is truly unimaginable..i will recommend this to everyone who is visiting Laureles in medellin .
