Perfect location - a place to relax away from the crowds but an easy walk to the must see, taste, drink elements. Staff were supremely helpful.

Great and beautiful hotel, convenient, only 10 minutes walking distance to the town and the park. Clean and quiet, service is excellent. The hotel staff recommended and help us to reserve a very good restaurant.

Stayed here for 1 night, the town was very busy but this hotel, just a short walk on the outskirts of town, was a little oasis from the hustle and bustle. Lovely pool, sun beds, room and breakfast. Only slightly strange thing was the hairdryer- best bring your own according to my wife! Wished we’d stayed longer, the town is wonderful- recommend Ooma for dinner.

Nice property - beautiful pool, it was hot so we used it. Room was nice - pretty average, but as expected. Easy walk into town for plenty of dining options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Two days here, cycling to see the lavender fields and other beautiful sites. The small town is a delight and this hotel is walkable to the downtown (though uphill and probably too far for older folks). Staff a bit off-putting but nothing that interfered with our stay.

We loved our stay in Roussillon. The location was close enough to walk to town and had convenient parking. The grounds are lovely! Such a relaxing stay with the balcony room.

Perfect location about 10 minutes from the village set in a garden with a fabulous pool. Most rooms have balconies ir terraces. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Dinner service is somewhat limited but food is high quality. Not much for vegetarians. Overall excellent and I'd happily stay again.

The hotel is beautiful done from the rooms to the landscaping. The bed and the pillows rather on the hard side and quite uncomfortable. We were given a refillable bottle of water but no glasses available besides the 2 flimsy plastic cups in the bathroom, one of which broken. The rules of the hotel posted in the room spelled it out clearly “Any consumption of food and / or drinks is strictly prohibited in the rooms” It really took the pleasure out of your holiday! You can’t simply have a cup of tea without searching for a staff to request a service since the dining areas always dark and empty except at breakfast time! Breakfast is very nice though but we only had breakfast there once since we like to walk to the city center for a croissant at the local bakery. About the staff, the person in charge at the front desk was very nice and helpful but the rest quite distant and a bit unfriendly… On our third day, we returned to our room after the morning exploring the town around 2pm to a still messy room…At 3pm we left again when the staff wanted to service our room and was horrified on our return some 3 hours later to our room with door and window wide open with the door stopper in place and nobody in sight.

The hotel looks luxurious with simple setting about 800 m from town of Roussillon. I specially like the lively swimming pool. When I arrived the hotel at 745 pm, the receptionist was very kind to tell me that the manager allowed me to swim despite the swimming pool was supposed to be closed at 8 pm. This was a bonus to me. The swimming pool is well litter with colourful balls that made the pool water colourful. I was so lucky having three nights staying in this hotel. The next day, I damaged a towel so I was willing to pay for it but the manager said I did not need to pay. By showing a small gratitude, I felt very comfortable. Also the receptionist said if I went to dinner at town and came back late, the hotel staff can assist me returning to hotel. I will never forget this hotel and must come back again.

Lovely hotel with a nice pool, wonderful staff and great breakfast. We had car trouble on our way to the hotel (brand-new car rental from Hertz) with flashing lights and exclamation points on the dashboard. Since we couldn't read the French car manual, we didn't know what was the problem. When we arrived at the hotel, Olivia and Jean-Pierre at the check-in told us they would do all they could to help us--and so they did. They called Hertz numerous times (turns out it was a brake problem!) and spoke to the complaint department for us in French. They managed to arrange for our rental car to be towed away and for us to get another car rental. I don't know how we could have arranged all this without their help!! They were amazing!!!

Truly an outstanding location! The staff were helpful and friendly beyond measure. Beautiful grounds, very relaxing- one could spend the day lounging by the pool. Very comfortable room. Located just outside of town, but an easy walk. Very private. One of the best places we have stayed in Europe.

We originally booked for 1 night and ended up staying 3. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to eat our picnic lunch in their dining room when we were unable to go out. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the village but is very well maintained and has nice grounds and a pleasant atmosphere.

Overall a nice experience. Breakfast somewhat pricey (13 Euro) Hotel a short walk to the town. The hotel itself is large with an expansive patio and small swimming pool. The room was clean with a large comfortable bed. Parking was free. The staff were kind and helpful. Otherwise, all went well and there were no significant complaints or flaws. I would recommend this hotel.
