First you wonder "why did I choose this place ? Then you discover the terrace, the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff, ... The next day, you realize rhat you are right in the middle of the most beautiful villages of the Alsace . And think to yourself : "next time in the Alsace, it's here". No other place posdible

Lovely hotel in a quiet vilage in the heart of wine country along the wine route. Very comfortable beds. a/c units are new and work flawlessly.

Just a quick stop in Alsace but was very good. We liked the food, the rooms we got were nice and clean (great to have aircon in the summer too). Kids had fun in the pool. Staff was friendly too!

The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and very inviting. What really made our stay uncomfortable was the heat, there is no air conditioning in the rooms or fans, just check it is not a hot day before you book. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a concern in times of COVID, everyone grabbing pastries etc with bare hands. Guests need more guidance on how to make it safe as obviously people did not realise.

We have stayed overnight at this hotel on several occasions over the past 3 years as a stopover to /from Italy to the UK. We love location and charm of the hotel and are pleased to see staff have not changed despite the pandemic. Our rooms were very clean as always but rooms were not prepared fully with tea/coffee making facilities and only bottled water in one room. We were disappointed the restaurant was not open (unaware until I requested a reservation via Expedia due to the current situation) as the food is always excellent and welcome after a very long drive. The receptionist gave us details of 2 local restaurants within driving distance but we were too tired to venture out. Breakfast was not as good as usual (paid extra locally). There were several guests and yet food was not being replenished, so even at 9:15, breakfast was poor. We very much appreciate the difficulty that hotels have everywhere in restarting their business. However, prices did not reflect the lack of facilities that would usually encourage us to stay at this hotel

It has charm and character and in a very picturesque village very close to the motorway, which makes an ideal stopover. The spa area is a nice addition

Good location near Ribeauville. Great pool! Very nice rooms. Restaurant had delicious regional dishes. Internet was awful. They had an odd system, and even with extensive help from their tech people we were only able to get internet once in there days. Very inconvenient. Worst internet of the 6 week trip.

We chose the hotel because of the gorgeous area. The village itself doesn’t have a lot going for it, but inky a few km away there are lots of lovely places. Another reason we chose it was because of the pool. At the end of the day, however, it’s extremely crowded and impossible to swim in, but we went down at 7.30 in the morning and it was great. There were 5 of us women on a girls’ weekend and we were really happy with the very attentive service. One gluten-free and one lactose-intolerant and they were really helpful. The food at dinner was ok but unfortunately nothing to write home about. Breakfast was very good, though.

Havde en overnatning her. Rent og pænt med lækker morgenmad… Restauranten var super god og helt fyldt op. Kommer gerne igen☺️

Alles war in bester Ordnung. Die Betten waren ein wenig hart, da hat aber jeder seine eigene Präferenzen.

Un très beau séjour malgré un petit bémol au restaurant Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel Le Nid des Cigognes avec mon mari et nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel est très agréable, le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné, la chambre était très bien et confortable. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, tout comme le petit déjeuner, très copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le seul bémol concerne le restaurant : mon mari a commandé un filet de perche frit, mais il n’a malheureusement pas pu le manger en raison d’énormément d’arêtes, c’était vraiment impossible. Nous l’avons signalé à deux reprises, mais aucune proposition de changement de plat ni geste commercial sur l’addition ne nous a été faite, ce qui est dommage. Malgré cela, l’ensemble du séjour reste très positif et l’établissement mérite d’être découvert.

Tout etait parfait.

Belle chambre, belles installations, piscine un peu fraîche. Petit déjeuner tres bon, beau restaurant !
