Lovely place. Great welcome on arrival. Very nice touches e.g. toiletries in bathroom, free coffee and tea in lounge room. Quiet, relaxing hotel in a good location 10 mins walk from city centre. Uphill on the way back so less mobile people would need to take transport, but worth the trip. Breakfast is fantastic. Cooked to order with continental breakfast available as buffet. Great service.

Fabulous location! Perfect 15 min walk into Bath Center. Gorgeous house with beautifully decorated rooms. Bed and bedding were lovely. Breakfast was superb. I had the full English and my son had Eggs Royale, everything was cooked to perfection. The beautiful smell as you walk into the hotel is just lovely. The flavoured water at breakfast, every attention to detail was seen and very appreciated. Fabulous place to stay. Would love to be stay again!

Leighton House is a great place to stay while in Bath. About a 15 minute walk to town and all the sights. Breakfast was included and very good. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Theres literally nothing i can complain about . Hotel was beautiful clean easy to check in .Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The last thing i have to mention was the stunning sunset view from the front garden.

Excellent hotel with easy access off the main road and ample parking. Short walk down the hill into the centre of Bath. Very well presented rooms with neutral/modern decor and lovely bathrooms with power showers. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast dining room is beautifully presented and the breakfast itself is exceptional. Highly recommend a stay at Leighton House for your trip to Bath.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location with amazing views. Gorgeous interiors of hotel. Room could have done with a good dusting, but apart from that, a perfect stay. Would definitely come back

Great one night stay, very comfortable and modern. Room well equipped with all amenities required and very spacious too. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bath.

My wife and I were looking for a good quality hotel close to the centre of Bath so that we could watch the race. Leighton House was superbly located on the south side of the city that was generally quieter which we wanted. It had recently been refurbished and the quality of our room was of a high standard. Great bathroom and very comfortable beds and associated furniture. it was also of a reasonable size so you did not feel cramped. Service was helpful and v friendly and breakfasts were good with loads of choices. It was busy when we stayed and we only just managed to get a parking space at the hotel, although I believe there is additional parking close by in the side street. Overall a great place to stay.

All of the team went out of their way to help us. Service was top class. Lovely decor, lovely breakfast and convenient for the city centre. Cant wait to return

This is the most amazing place my sister and I have stayed at and we travel quite a bit. We missed the check in time but they sent an email with instructions on how to get into the property. The rooms are so comfortable and tranquil, the shower and bathroom were magnificent and so clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were extremely polite and friendly. We will definetely book to stay here again when we are back in Bath. Amazing place 10/10

Although we only stayed 1 night it was brilliant. Very clean, great view and room had everything you could possibly need. Lovely lounge downstairs too with lots of teas and coffees available to grab when fancy. Amazing breakfast - service, food and choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Excellent bed & pillows, quality bedding. Room size was good. Excellent breakfast. Blackout curtains very good. Welcoming helpful staff. Bedspread was a bit un-luxurious . Major negative point was no handheld shower option, not everyone likes a deluge over their head and face. But overall we had a wonderful stay and would certainly visit this boutique hotel again.

Very comfortable hotel decorated in a contemporary style but still maintaining the traditional character. Good location if you enjoy a walk into the city centre. Lovely breakfast room and excellent breakfast.

Having never written a review about anything before, (EVER) …I feel compelled to say it would be an injustice to the hotel & their staff to not bother here. Our stay at the Leighton for 2 nights was completely faultless.Too many times we have stayed at places that seem to be promising with convincing reviews but in reality seem to “Not quite measure up” for various reasons and I’m honestly not overly picky or precious.However that’s not the case here. The staff are impeccably decent the whole hotel is completely spotless and there is nothing about the place to make you feel like you need to compromise.Everything works as it should showers ,room functions etc breakfast selections and quality are spot on and nothing at all is dated or tired.Should we be making a visit to Bath again I know where we’ll be staying.

Super room - immaculately clean and well presented. Shower - excellent! Full English and veggie breakfast hit the mark with a great range of pastries and cereals to complement this. Staff were friendly and helpful - would imagine any future visits to Bath would be spent staying here.
