Perfect for our short stay in Seaton Carew. Good breakfast also served.

Room clean and tidy. Staff excellent. All very attentive and pleasant.

All excellent and the food is brilliant and the parking was easy as long as you put in your registration at reception. Room very clean and ALL the staff new exactly what and when to do it. Everyone was proffessional and courteous. All were tremendous.

Lovey stay here, everything clean but had a couple of things that needs a quick update. For example our t.v kept glitches and only a few channels were watchable. Staff were all fantastic. Breakfast was ok but could do with fresh pastries rather than packaged. Ate at the hotels restaurant for evening meal and that was outstanding. Huge size, good hearty meals. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

This was our second stay and the staff and onsite restaurant are amazing! Daily housekeeping was wonderful. Food is the restaurant was always great! The one thing I would suggest is a minibar in the room for long stays. A huge shoutout to Jess and Toni who go above and beyond!

Wonderful stay. Particularly meaningful for us because our parents and aunts and uncles (6 couples in total) all got married at the nearby church and stayed here. Staff very helpful and friendly.

As usual good and efficient. A little busiervthis t8me due to warm weather. Also had breakfast for first time and have to say really good value.

Free parking friendly staff nice clean room and spacious with front sea view nice fresh breakfast the bar area was nice the only thing was I was charged £1.50 for some fresh cold milk for tea for my bedroom as I don't like the tub milk, it was my second visit to the hotel on my first visit in April 2026 staff didn't charge me free like all hotels on this occasion I had to pay wasn't happy for just a small amount of milk the staff need re training to know how to look after regular customers and new ones when your also paying for breakfast and hotel costs already.

Easy check in, clean room, friendly staff. Ate in the bar and food was good quality and reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Nice and friendly staff, free car park. The mattress should have been replaced years ago and was very uncomfortable. No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby

A good comfortable stay with ample parking. Room was spacious, perfectly clean with good amenities.

The room “captain cook suite” was sold as a family room. Tired decor, the downstairs room was reasonable temperature to cold and the upstairs section was unbearable and stupidly hot. No way to adjust the temperature. Upstairs room unusable so paid for a suite an got effectively a twin room. Bathroom poor - light inoperative so using basin shaving light as sole light source. Beam across middle bathroom ceiling at 5’9” height perfect for smacking your head into. No shower just a mixer head above th bath with no holder on wall or shower curtain. Really disappointing.
