This was a very reasonably priced property booked at the last minute. It's an old building with the flat being on the second floor (four flights of stairs).
The entrance to the building is up a very steep flight of steps with the depth of the first step being very high and not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Although advertised with parking, it should be noted that this is not guaranteed. If one of the three spaces in front of the building is available, you can use it freely. If not, parking is quite expensive in the local area. We had to park outside No 85 to unload, move the car for 24 hours until a space became available and then we moved the car outside No 83 which, when available, was very convenient.
The floor of the flat is uneven (sloping perhaps) making you feel like you're walking on a ship! However, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen more than adequate and the toiletries and towels were welcome and helpful. The shower was pleasant too.
There were two hanging rails for clothes (one in each bedroom).
The sofa isn't the most comfortable and the unusual dining table (slatted), made for an interesting meal trying to avoid glasses and cutlery slipping between the slats!
Overall, it was great for our two-day stay, very close to our destination and is located in a lovely part of Cheltenham with the River Chelt flowing behind the building and very nearby accessible by a short walk.
Communication was superb throughout.
