very ok, fully equipped, clean, plenty of beds, very good sleep, there are many convenient restaurants around

The room is ok but there are many negative points, the common space is very noisy, there is no parking space, not worthy of being a 3-star hotel.

Everyone here is super enthusiastic and cute, the rooms are clean and tidy. The price is very, very ok compared to what I got.

The hotel is beautiful, ok, car rental is also good, I really like the hotel's style, there is a shared kitchen. The view from the room with the window is quite nice. The day I went, there were few customers, which was fine. In general, this is the first time to book a z room. French decor style. There are many virtual living corners. Near the market. Will stop by again if I have the chance. Well, there's a minus point: the day I returned, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to book a grap, so I asked the receptionist. But the receptionist replied like "there's a grap at ddaya" and then didn't provide any support. Because I'm not a resident there, if I have a contact, I hope the receptionist should say "Do you need help booking, I'll call for help" so the guest will feel better. Besides, I didn't finish my sentence when the receptionist quickly interrupted. Although this is not a big deal, if you have a difficult customer, you will not be satisfied. I just give my opinion. But the rest everything is good since the room is clean. Beautiful walkway. Good view

The upstairs toilet flushes loudly because the floor drain runs down to the room below the toilet.

Best homestay with super affordable price! Great view of the busy street from the balcony, but still quiet at late night. Very near to the city center, market and lake (10mins walk). Many shops and restaurant around. The staff also very kind and friendly! The La Vie En Rose sign is on the main road, but the actual reception & door is in the small alley behind (you can only walk there, but very very near). The alley is a bit uphill, but still easy to access. Very recommended!

No car parking but no initial information displayed so I had to leave 2 rooms empty. Definitely will never book a room on travelloka again. I am disappointed with the booking service

Tuy mình đánh giá ở tình trạng good, nhưng vẫn cần góp ý thêm. Trong kỳ nghỉ này mình đặt 2 phòng (1 lớn, 1 nhỏ). Phòng nhỏ không có gì để chê ngoài cái view ban công ra phố nhưng hoàn toàn chỉ thấy bảng hiệu của cửa hàng bên dưới. Còn phòng lớn 2 giường thì phòng tắm chỉ được che bằng rèm khá bất tiện và có mùi không được dễ chịu, nước nóng không ổn định. Bãi đậu xe cũng hơi bất tiện.

Chủ yếu tụi mình book ở đây để ngủ thôi chứ không ở nhiều nên thấy mọi thứ oke. Dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Cô dọn phòng dễ thương, niềm nở. Phòng không có cách âm tốt lắm.

We love this place so much. Booked for 2 people but they upgrade our room to family type f or 4 people. All facilities looks brand new and super clean. Wish to come back again if we ever come back to Da Lat.
