The hotel need renovation, the staff need a training specially F.O and H.K. I like that I found prayer carpet and Quran at the room.

Very bad and old building with bad service , they gave me back room while i booked seaview , and they said no avilability , and i paid for something that i didn’t get

Great location, but bad hotel, very old & not clean

The bathroom very bad... it's Looking like a hospital but worset.

Very very upset even I sent email but didn’t response on time. Now I left you asking for reviews. In word extremely terrible. Bad smell in the whole room, specially the washroom condition is very very poor. I can’t recommend anyone to stay this hotel.

When we arrived they had no record of our reservation. In hindsight it was probably a good thing because the lobby was dark, dirty and shabby....certainly not like the photos! A lost booking meant we could find a better hotel without losing money on this one.

Desaster.

the room very small without view and bed uncomfortable

A solo male traveler will endure fine as the price was low. Owners are renovating floor by floor. So in the future, this will be a fine place to stay. Beachside view on a main road. KFC a short walk down the road. ATM one block away. Wifi is spotty and only works in limited area of lobby. Reception only accepts cash. Room was ok. Clean. No outside handle on the door.

Ocean front location On main road Food was reasonable

I didn't like the room Furnished appliances they were too old and Damaged

I didn't like anything except the View and the Location

First i booked by expedia , but at the hotel they cancel the booking and booked individual with 600 pounds more than the online one , bad rooms , the left not working regulary , i don’t recommend it at all.

Dirty in every way the staff was rude and unhelpful the rooms not fit for human habitation grimey shapey rushed fridge holes in the walls plaster foling dawn had to move to a another hotel

I booked 2 rooms for me and my female friend who came all the way from UAE. We went to check in, the reception lady checked our passports and told us that she couldn't find any relevance in our names. I told her that we're not married, we're childhood friends. 5 minutes later, she told us that I booked only one room not two and when I showed her the confirmation mail from Expedia which says that I booked 2 rooms, she directed me to the hotel owner who said that they don't allow single ladies to stay in the hotel. I told him that I will talk to Expedia and complain about that. He told me that he doesn't care and simply he can say that he has an issue with the computer or the internet connection and he couldn't check the reservation online. An entire day from our 3 days vacation was wasted in finding her another room in Alexandria and after all the hassle we checked her in at another hotel with a very expensive rate as it was a very short notice.

Everything were dirty. The room, the reception, everything full of dust. The matress and the pillow were tottaly uncomfortable, the furniture is tooooo old, the wall is dirty, the house keeping is talking outside the rooms with a very very loud voice
