Good stay for vacation. Near from anywhere. Very recommended.

The view is absolutely stunning, and it's close to Bukit Bintang and Alor Street—just a short walk away. The price is also totally worth it. For those planning a vacation to Malaysia, staying here is the absolute best.

The check-in process is quite easy, the facilities are complete, the price is worth it for me and my family, the location is close to Alor Street Food and Pavilion.

The host's information was quite good, but they could only communicate via WhatsApp; they couldn't contact us. The first night, we got a room that didn't seem well-prepared; it was still a bit dirty, and the mattress and pillows smelled. I complained to the host, but they couldn't resolve the issue that night. The solution was to upgrade to a better room the next day. All the equipment worked well.

Great strategic location near Jalan Alor with a minimarket right in front of the hotel, making daily needs very convenient. The room on the 27th floor was spacious with an excellent view of Merdeka 118. However, noise from nearby pubs can be very loud at night, especially on weekends, so a high-floor room is highly recommended. Facilities need improvement: no bidet, slightly damaged shower floor, and overall cleanliness and furniture are quite outdated, although hot water and air conditioning work well. Laundry machines are available, and check-in/check-out is simple. Overall, decent for families with children if you stay in a higher-floor room in the Bukit Bintang area.

I got a pretty old unit, the sink leaked and water leaked onto the floor, the toilet cupboard was broken, the walls were dirty, and some of the wallpaper was torn. Worse, I was relaxing at night after coming home from a tiring day of walking when small cockroaches came out. Luckily, it was only for one night, and they were gone the next day, but I was still anxious about checking everything when I went to bed, and the apartment offered to use anti-cockroach spray in the morning. But I didn't want to, afraid that more would come out. I have a video but I can't post it. But the area is close to Alor, Bukit Bintang, and Pavilion. The security guard is friendly.

The lobby is inadequate, hangers are not available in the rooms, towels can be bought new.

Highly recommended. If I ever come to KL again, I'll definitely stay here again. The facilities are complete, check-in and check-out are easy and hassle-free, and the location is strategic, walking distance to everything. Awesome.

The CI and CO process for the apartment were okay. The room was spacious, the location was good, close to restaurants, but unfortunately there were a few small cockroaches and the cooking equipment was incomplete.
