Property owners did not respond to questions before their stated deadline although contacted through the app, by phone message, and text message to numbers they listed.

It was convenient for parking your car and catching the light rail. Although it is noisy at night

Was not at all what i thought it was going to be. others seemed to be a little loud.. Not many places to eat around there for me and my tastes. Didn’t realize even though only 6 miles from where I needed to be in town it took way to long to get to Seattle.

I am happy with my stay. It is not a fancy place, but it has all the necessary basics. I am a female traveling solo and I felt safe walking to a small grocery store a few blocks away. Before bedtime, I could hear other tenants up and about within the building, but thankfully, everyone settled down and I was able to get a good night sleep. If you end up with noisy neighbors, it could be a problem, but there are signs saying property has a “no noise” policy. For my needs, the price and accommodations were perfect! I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for the ability to make coffee in the morning!! A must have for me!

Television was unusable, no fan or air conditioning, weird pee smell downstairs, unusable window (no screen or ability to open)

Very basic. This is not a suite - as can be understood from the images - but rather a room with a separated bathroom and a common kitchen. The stay is acceptable but in my opinion not the best value.

This is an expensive room rental. You will be sharing a small house with multiple rooms with narrow hallways. Better book a hotel room than this guest "house".

The guest house was hard to find. No lighting in the neighborhood. Felt very unsafe! There were bugs crawling on the sink in the bathroom and dead roaches in the bedroom. We left the next morning and rented a hotel room even though I had paid for 2 nights.

It was quiet,peaceful and relaxing…It felt like I was the only one there

Very basic accommodations. Clean. Decent neighborhood. Not enough towels. Decent security. Ok for one night.

Small but good. Walls were thin and you could hear people coming in and out easily

It was very organized and easy to get in and out, instructions are clear, place is well maintained. I love that it is just abit outside the city so it is quiet, away from the bustle of the city! Would book again!
