Unfortunately, the TV is not a smart TV yet, it can only broadcast regular TV, and the TV signal is also not very good.

Mitra Hotel is very nice, comfortable, quiet, fun for families, the rooms are spacious, the executive room next door, if we go to Bungo, we will stay there again.

The check-in process was smooth and fast.

The location is far from the city center, it's expensive for a hotel like that. Amaris is better, the price is the same.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is big, clean and fragrant. But there is no hot water, the TV broadcast often disappears (no signal), the electricity often goes out. But it's okay if it's just for sleeping.

Kamar luas dan pelayanan ramah. Tp sayang jauh masuk komplek dan tidak ada restoran jadi susah cari makan. Tp untuk transit aja dan tidur gak masalah kok. Kamar bersih. Makasi mitra.

Hotelnya bagus banget. Kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, AC dingin, bersih dan wangi, pelayanannya juga ramah.

Keren hotelnya, receptionist nya juga ramah, harganya dapat murah pula.
