Staff,location and room amazing

Lovely hotel right in the old town. Area around the hotel nice and quiet.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Within walking distance the main square and so many great restaurants. The staff and customer service is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. Only downfall is that there is no pool or gym. They do have a partner hotel that offers these amenities down the street for an extra fee. Overall, absolutely beautiful property!

We booked for one night and after stay for couple hours we felt in love with this hotel and location that we decided to book for one more night. Friendly and professional staff, great rooms.

The Hotel is in the perfect location with a 2 minute walk to the main square. It has plenty of shops, bars & restaurants as soon as you walk out of the doors of the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, we messaged the hotel before arriving & requested an airport pickup which was responded to & confirmed within 30 minutes. We booked a deluxe double room which was outstanding. We had the most amazing stay at the hotel & would highly recommend.

Location excellent Clean Staff excellent

It’s a beautiful hotel, once you find it. It’s very hard to find in the middle of a busy and crowded old town street. They need better signs and awnings. The room was beautiful, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was very nice. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible if you plan to do your makeup and hair. It’s so dim you can’t see anything. Nice and quiet,even for being right on the street side. Recommend.

Hotel was nice and great location, however AC was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep with noise

The hotel was lovely. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic location. 5 minutes from most of the main attractions and from the main square which is beautiful. Room had everything we needed; iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of hot and cold options as well as extras you could order with no extra cost. Would definitely stay again

I travel extensively and this must be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The furnishing and decor are modern, clean and faultless. The room is very comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This hotel is ideally located for tourist attractions with the Old Town square within a 3 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow.
