Okay... only the tax is expensive... 1 room 10 ringgit... we had 2 rooms and 5 nights so it was 100 ringgit

Strategic location, close to restaurants, clean rooms and friendly staff, only the AC is a bit hot at first, it takes about 30 minutes for the AC to feel cold.

It's okay enough, the room is a bit dark, and there is no table and chairs (for eating in the room).

The hotel is quite clean, and the service is friendly. It's strategically located, close to the food court, within walking distance. It's also close to the Komtar terminal, making getting around more efficient.

Very satisfying, I arrived earlier than check-in time, but because the room was ready, we were allowed to check-in early, very helpful 🙏 the room was clean, the location was also strategic 👍

Stay here most of the time when I go to Penang, close proximity to all the food we love, convenient to travel, easy to get Grab or just simply within walking distance. The staff are always nice and practical, and after all these years, they manage to keep it clean and looking new. The price is good also, still budget-friendly. Very good.
