I used to stay there when it was Veneto. They have done an excellent work to bring back together as Waymore. Spacious comfortable renovated rooms. A beauty. The ambience is not there. They have charged me $2 for a vinaigrette to put in the cob salad I ordered: they call it”pico de gallo”. 🙄. I paid cash and they returned $5 change in small 15 coins as “you should leave it as a tip”. Meanwhile they charge “otro gastos”; Something I didn’t order… i guess it is undisclosed tip. But I left in addition 20% tip. The prostitutes are dated; they were young 20 years ago. The casino is 20% full, and I won some. And the beautiful, astonish salsa band they used to have is replaced by Karaoke.

The staff for breakfast was very helpful with any requests. Would have enjoyed a more American selection but it was nice to enjoy a more Central American breakfast. I would definitely stay at the waymore and recommend it to my family and friends. Oh and for people traveling from the airport to the hotel use uber because taxi drivers are the same everywhere. Don’t find that out the hard way. But if you do get a cab ask the price before you enter their vehicle or you could be hit with a $60 tab instead of $15-$20 the most.

Custommer service on this hotel is bad. The Staff provided minimum Custommers service, the at least don't knowlledge you that they will be taking care you soon. I was about to check out my room and my access key was not working to open my room, They deactivated the room accedd 30 minutes before checkout time. I went down stairs to the front desk twice for key reactivation and nothing, finally we had to talk to the house keeper in order to have acess to our room and remove our last luggagge with our belongins. Customers service is not best here. I went downstairs couple of times to the coffee shop and they were there doing nothing, but chit chatting , Wasn't until pass 5 minutes the girl ask me if we need something. She was entretained on her personal cell phone and with her co worker. On Breafast Inplaced my plate on the table, I went to grab some coffee. I noticed that my knive and forrk were gone. I Observed the staff , they take your silverware from your table to give it to some one else. Employees on the restaurant are not pro actve at all. I am not staying on that hotel any more!

Overall, the property is a great stay for the value. I would stay again. There is a 24 hour restaurant on the property, bakery and cafe room service and complementary breakfast. The breakfast items were pretty good. The fruit and the fresh juices were my favorites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean; the furniture was just a bit uncomfortable; but certainly not a deal breaker. I didn't use the Casino. This property is located on the perimeter of El Cangrejo. It's lively and just steps from at least 10 restaurants. Overall solid property and I would stay again.

Great hotel, good location, nice pool and bar. The problem was the breakfast. They didn’t plan to have food for the whole breakfast period and it was very disappointing, even 30 min before the end I could only get scraps or potatoes, no eggs whatsoever. It felt poorly managed.

The manager wasn’t nice. She was more for her own type of person. Breakfast was terrible. The room was very clean.

Nice hotel

This was a very good stay, I don’t like buffets, so I didn’t eat the breakfast. Friends that were staying at different hotels could not come up to my room unless they paid $55.00.

El desayuno no era variado, se debió solicitar toallas de baño a la habitación en reiteradas ocasiones, personas fumando sustancias en la piscina y hay muchas personas ejerciendo el trabajo sexual justo en la entrada del edificio.

For such a nice looking hotel, breakfast was mediocre and customer service at the front desk by the Afro-Latino guy and pool area was poor. The security and bell service staff were helpful and friendly.
