Location was fantastic just next to a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a park in front However I requested for a room near the lift but was not given , perhaps it’s because I checked in night ! Room was big clean and comfortable

Unfortunately my stay was ruined by the aircon in the room failing twice. This is something I notice generally about Beijing and Tangshan. The standards of air conditioning are very poor. The towels in the rooms need to be updated - many of them are fraying and they don't smell pleasant.

The service was good and the hotel is in the middle of the city with the park, mall and easily walkable to many places to eat. The bed was very comfortable, but some of the furniture in the room had a fair amount of wear and tear with scratches and an iron mark.

The hotel location is good, right next shopping mall, the food court has all kinds food. Also has some coffee shop pretty good.

Its one of the nicer 5 star hotels, I've been to in China. The breakfast and coffee could be better, but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

위치면에서 매우 편리하며 탕산에서는 상급 수준의 호텔입니다. 세면기의 물빠짐이 좋치않은데 관리 문제인듯.

スタッフが新設です。 部屋もシャワー、バス、トイレが独立しており、設備が整っています。 部屋からの眺望もいいです。

７人という大人数でしたが、チェックインからチェックアウトまで大きな問題なく全体として快適な滞在でした。 周りには大きなショッピングモールや商店があるため食事や買い物に困ることなく、ロケーションは良好です。 スタッフはインターコンチネンタルの基準としては少し劣るかもしれません。（私自身は問題ありませんでしたが、中国人の同僚はリクエストに対してきちんと対応してもらえなかったと言っていました。） 時間がなく朝食を試せなかったのが残念。

Room in good condition and clean. Good location, right next to shopping mall. Warm welcome at reception by staff Avery. I only had an issue locating the fridge which was bit difficult to find as it was placed inside a cabinet on the wall not on the floor.

Good geographical location, the hotel's hardware facilities and good services, hotel buffy food generally can improve it

Staffs are kind and gentle. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Very close to the railway station, takes about 15mins by taxi. I was satisfied with all.
