Short overnight stay. Very good hotel. The front desk staff especially their leader Mr. Zhao was very helpful in helping me secure a taxi by booking one using his own phone!

Great place to stay, the staff is very helpful and their English is great. Room was very nice. Nice layout and style. Everything very clean and still seems new (Nov 2018) Breakfast could use a few more choices. Will stay here again.

Manager, Joseph, went out of his way to be helpful. His english is excellent.

The overall experience was great, just the breakfast options could be better for western people.

My first time in China, and surely was an experience. Hotel is quite pleasant and located in a very nice area. Language could be a communication problem in having your request met and satisfied. It is helpful and advisable have a phone with a translator from Chinese (Mandarin) to English and vice versa. I will most likely return back to this Holiday Inn next time I visit Jinan as long as the price has not skyrocketed and the facility is still well maintained.

This is a very clean hotel with a lovely large room and comfortable bed. The breakfast is decent and overall it was good value for money even though it's not very central and you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. But I'd never go back due to the temperature of the room. The hotel believes that guests like their room at 80 degrees F. Even though there's an AC control in the room you can't lower the temperature. According to management most guests like this so they won't change it. They will however provide you with a fan. If you like sleeping in a stuffy hot hotel room then it's a great choice.

Everything is good except the room temperature can not ne adjusted. Even through there is a thermostat, it is not fully functioning

Very clean, brilliant hotel & staff just poor resturant and menue, reasonable price. Main concern is that nobody knows the address and google directs you to the high tech zone 900 Km. Far from jinan.0

Close to my client's office and there are many restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets

This is an express Hotel so no gym room and no restaurant. No western TV channel at all. I had not checked to see if there was any restaurants nearby. Had to go across to the Sheraton for a meal 1 night. The hotel is nearer the airport reducing the congestion worries getting to the airport.

Was a good choice for the tech center but main road gets congested for travel to meetings

We forgot 6,000 euros in our room. 2 hours later when we called to see if we had left them in our room they said we had. We greatly appreciate the honesty.

房间挺大，附近算有点偏，饭店房间有点异味，早餐很不好吃真的....非常的一搬

飯店定位資訊有誤，繞到了體育館後電話詢問才發現此問題，當天已反應給酒店前台。
