Great place to stay, very central for my needs and meetings. Have stayed there 4 years ago and the hotel is now starting to get a little tired and may need update soon. Services is fantastic and everything else is great .

The hotel was nice overall, but the Wifi was too slow at the end of the corridor room and the air conditioning was too dry so I got a sore throat unfortunately. I would stay next time but would request to book a room with a fast internet connection.

I got a free upgrade to superior room because I am their member. Room is clean, location is nice to me because it is near to my customers. Breakfast need to be improved, especially their terrible coffer.

This hotel is solely for business, location is far from town and no amenities nearby.

quiet and clean. good breakfast. dinner buffet was also good for the price. but whiff of tabacco in the room even it was non-smiking floor. i will stay again if I visit Xian next time.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the hotel. Great buffet breakfast! Our only criticism was the location. It was on the other side of the city from our train station and quite some distance from the main attractions and restaurants.

Really hard to get a taxi at that location and hard to find a restaurant in the neighborhood. Noisy by the new building construction across the street. The towels at the swimming pool and gym are old and feel like not clean. At the last night of my stay on 1/21, i got back to hotel at 4:00pm and i could not open the door then i went to the reception and was told the electric power was gone, it was recovery at 9:00pm. I did not feel the hotel stuffs are sorry about that error.

service was really slow, but a few people were great. great rom to start, not well mintained

Pros: Duty managers and Desk managers are well trained with excellent English. I was very unpleasant from the moment I arrived because I was running a fever and hadn't had a shower since my neighbourhood lost water early the day before. The queen of grumpy, I must admit. None of the staff ever lost their cool and actually, by the time she was through with me, the night duty manager Eva had won me over. Until she worked her magic, I was sure I was justified in my irritation for the lack of free wi-fi. But, she had her staff trawl the hotel for an extra long LAN cord so I could surf in bed. She even had them take the time to carefully clean it before connecting it. By the time she was through, I was feeling like a real heel for being so unpleasant and finally realised that the hotel was actually quite nice. The room, the bed, the furnishings are clean and comfortable. The executive floor lounge is peaceful with helpful staff and a generous happy hour buffet of snacks. If you are seeking a location for a business conference, I have found in the past, on several occasions, the manager and staff to be very accommodating with my organisation's needs for special events and meetings. The view, on a clear day, from both sides of the hotel is the best view I have experienced in Xi'an. The mountains looked magnificent from my hotel room and as the hotel is situated perpendicular to the mountains, I would imagine that every guest enjoyed the same vista.
