I had a lovely day at this hotel. Rooms are only a tiny bit dated but it was very clean and a very comfortable stay. Staff are absolutely impeccable and the cafe/ restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. The area is very safe with some lovely parks nearby although there didn't seem to be much shopping in the immediate vicinity. Dining options were a little bit limited unless you dined at the hotel. The city itself is a hidden gem unknown to many Westerners. Zhaoming Tai blew my brains out because it was so lovely, relaxing and an absolute spectacle to see. I hope to one day return to this city and this hotel. Just be cautious that the location shown on the map on hotels.com may not be accurate. When I booked this hotel, the map was showing this hotel south of the river near the walled city. It turned out to be 5-7km NORTH of the river! I have asked hotels.com to fix their map!

STAFF was Excellent in every Aspect.

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is located at a very convenient location with places for shopping and walking around.

The hotel is located in downtown Xiangyang, with the bustling commercial street right next to it. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel has a clean and hygienic environment and is well decorated. I will come back in the future.

best hotel in Xiangyang. nice, clean, comfortable beds, good size rooms. friendly and efficient front desk. good location, with Wanda mall being 1 minute away can only recommend it

Good hotel, but in need for room upgrade

The hotel is very well appointed and the breakfast is delicious. I needed to use the Business Centre on one occasion but it was closed so the Concierge took it upon himself to offer his workstation for my printing needs. It was most impressive.

It was truly a five star experience equal to some of the great Hotels in capital cities in the world

I really enjoy my stays here. They provide a very diverse breakfast that gives you many food options including almost all western dishes. The rooms are nice albeit there is currently construction going on in a nearby street and the noise from the town square can be loud at times. The staff is always responsive and I appreciate all of the amenities. It's location next to the mall is also a real benefit.

The hotel was very nice, with good service and great breakfasts. I would recommend it to anyone:-) Nice supermarket underground to do the shopping.

We get to Xiangfan (Now Xiangyang) on a regular basis for business and this new Crown Plaza is head and shoulders above anything else in the area. It is modern, clean and comfortable, with reasonable prices and all the features you would expect in this class of hotel. The hotel restaurants are very good and the adjoining shopping center has many more restaurants right next door. Plenty of choices. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is especially good. I have a Japanese colleague who is pretty particular about the quality of Japanese food he will eat and he (uncharacteristically) gave this place a thumbs up. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza as the the first choice for anyone visiting Xiagyang.

連鎖酒店，房間為標準大小，空間充裕，設備齊全但開始有點老化。酒職員原意提供協助和有禮。 酒店有游泳池和健身中心，但21:30關門比較早，工作和晚飯後尚餘可使用時間不多，建議可延長開放時間。 此次有加購早餐，種類不多，品質良好。 酒店位置方便，旁邊便有大商場和美食街，購物和吃飯也很方便。
