Staying at Nemuru Ciputat, I booked a junior suite. I was immediately upgraded to the Osaka suite, the top-tier room. I was delighted. The junior suite was undergoing renovations. Overall, the Osaka suite had many shortcomings. The room was quite spacious, with two bedrooms: a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, and a Japanese-style room. The only downside was the bathroom was very small, with no divider between the toilet and the shower (it was connected). There was no mirror, which didn't match the size of the room and its type, like a maid's room. There was no hairdryer, no telephone, and the room was plain and had no mirror. Breakfast was not varied, and the room was very cramped and not very spacious, as it was connected to the reception and entrance.
