I love the hotel and the Stafff was very friendly and accommodating! Me and my Wife would stay here again!!!

I did a late check in after 12 at mid night. I’ve called the hotel reception and informed that I will be late. They have said, I can come anytime I want and thanks for letting us know. They were very co-operative and helpful. Check-in process was also very quick and smooth. Nice experience.

Great

Our check-in was easy, and we were welcomed with warm chocolate chip cookies! Our room is spacious and comfortable. We have an awesome view as a bonus! There's a friendly bar downstairs that's so welcome and convenient after a long day of travel!

Check in was good. Bed was too soft with a body outline in the mattress. Bathroom was clean and towels were clean. My biggest complaint is the breakfast, over cooked, hard, and cold hash browns. Eggs were watery and sausage had a weird flavor. For $20 per plate, I would have expected better quality food. We had 5 people eating. This was nothing but an over priced continental breakfast. A pure scam…

Good hotel, a little out of date feel when you walk in lobby like holiday inn from the 80’s. Front desk service so-so, room comfortable and decent amount of space. Packed for wedding for weekend so parking was a challenge.

Nice hotel

Beds are terrible. No e of us got a good sleep. Restroom door is a sliding door and cannot be closed fully..all lights are white, no yellow light. Very bad overall

The air conditioner was not working, which made nights sleepless for my family and I

My stay was good. My favorite hotel. But Hotel.com drop the ball on my reservation. I had to wait 2 hours going back and forth with them because they messed my reservation.I will not go through Hotels. Com again.I never had issues before. Thank you to the lady and the gentelman at check in good customer service skills . Double Tree in Richardson is always a good stay.

The staff was welcoming, even though we had an issue with the card besides that everything was fine

The pool was nice, however the air conditioner noise made conversation difficult. Towels were hit or miss. Our handicap access room was nice however the room was not near the elevator. The ice machine only worked on a couple of floors, again additional navigation for ice for the room. The safe was not working but the property engineer repaired it.
