Very nice friendly staff

Extremely upset and those are kind words….we were told the shuttle would pick us up from grapefest. We called 7 times with no answer. We walked 2 miles and crossed a 6 line hwy to get back to the hotel. We’re upset beyond belief

Really enjoyable. The hotel was great. The reception staff Sucks! There was a young lady at the desk every morning watching something on her phone. Never said a thing. Horrible impression. So sad because the hotel was great.

We paid an extra $23 for breakfast and it was extremely limited.

Staff was extremely helpful and after having a flight cancelled were able to help us accommodate for basic needs of not having luggage. Will stay at this location again next time we are in the DFW area. Thank you for everything!

Worst beds ever. We all woke up after a long miserable night in pain. It was so bad we left a day earlier than planned.

The check in process was very quick. The attendant at the desk was helpful and knowledgable about the arrangements I had made. The accommodations were excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Overall our stay was very good. Hotel staff were friendly, hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Room was clean and accommodating. I gave a bad back and I found the mattress to be a little too soft. Not sure if it was worn or if it was just the standard hotel firmness.

Room 204 has bed bugs….. The young lady at the front desk could care less. Gave attitude when I asked the GM’s number.

The room was very clean and larger than expected. I love the digital key option. I couldn’t get the TV remote to work other than to turn it on and change the volume, but I was too tired anyway. The nightstands have standard outlets and one side has a wireless charging station. We did have to wait a bit for someone to come to the front desk at check-in, but it was otherwise a seamless process.

The staff were very friendly and kind, especially Brittany at the front desk! The shuttle drivers were prompt and friendly! We had a great experience there!

This was a great hotel for a leisure stay. The food, staff, cleanliness was great.

I stood at the desk for a little bit before the 2 ladies there even acknowledged that I was in front of them. I had to speak before they looked up and the lady that checked me in acted like she didn’t really want to be there and I was bothering her for just being there. The smell in the hotel was like a chemical sewage smell. Not pleasant at all. The room had chipped furniture. The tv had showed a blue picture and never cleared up. The bed was uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom flickered on eerily. There were handprints on the back of the bathroom door and dirt on the wall. The only thing that I can say was very good was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. They were very pleasant and greeted us with enthusiasm. We only stayed for one night. That was definitely enough for me.
