Our stay was amazing! I don’t usually leave reviews, but Kris at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly- we had multiple interactions as we used the pool and were staying on the first floor. She went out of her way to make our stay exceptional! She is a great asset to your team! Breakfast was great. I only gave a 4 for condition as I took a shower and the shower door slipped off the track- I was able to easily pop it back on. In fairness, I didn’t report this to the staff since I fixed it. Overall, it was a great stay!

Service was amazing and the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. No noise issues. Some debris in hallway. Didn't love that cleaning staff knocked on door multiple times prior to checking out

Food particles on counter and table upon checkin. Obviously had not been wiped down from previous guest.

It was great as usual. I know that I'm getting clean and comfortable everytime I have to stay in town there. I will stay there until proven otherwise.

Another great stay! The staff is extremely friendly. The check-in and check-out process is flawless. My room and the overall hotel are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is always delicious.

Very spacious rooms, friendly staff and very clean.

Although, I gave 5 stars for most of the questions, I had to give it overall 4 stars, as the doors and walls allow a lot of noise into the room. There was a wedding party that stayed up very late that kept most of my family up late because the walls and doors allow a lot of noise through.

Great facilities, super clean, the suites have everything you need.
