Clean, nice amenities and friendly staff

We stayed for 4 nights. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and it took 2 days to be fixed. Our room wasn’t stocked with full towel sets, there were still dishes in the dishwasher. Our room wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there. Although the staff were nice, upon check out when trying to share that the overall experience wasn’t good, the front desk person and the manager were extremely rude and dismissive. I’ve never had such a poor interaction from hotel staff. They were unwilling to address any of the concerns raised about our stay.

Nice place, north of the city. Very quiet. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good.

Nice rooms,and the kiddos loved the pool.

It was okay. Had issues with checking in. We reserved a room with 2 beds because my mother-in-law was traveling with us. We were given a room with one bed. Once that was straighten out the other room had a stale smell. Breakfast staff (not the front desk) was not friendly. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Everything was great. Would have been better with a happy hour which they do not have at this hotel.

Service was great, room was new, but falling apart from shoddy construction (grout coming out, electrical boxes not flush with walls, etc.), lighting was harsh, no soap in the bathroom, toilet paper holder a contortion from where you plant yourself on the toilet, only one key available since they were running out, breakfast was okay - underwhelmed by the expereince, but we needed a room.

Very clean But no service. Thin old sheets Blanket was a mattress pad! Thread bare thin towels Asked for new towels but told we had to bring the old down stairs to get fresh!!

The property was clean, quiet and easy to get to.

Everything went well until a family member informed me that the front desk treated her rudely because she wanted her room cleaned/change of towels and the sink was draining slowly. I referred her to this hotel and to hear this happened was quite embarrassing

Kids being very loud running up & down the stairs, pounding on doors & running away, the staff was right on it but, the kids did it again as soon as staff left the floor, Staff was very nice, but not a peaceful night. After 11pm it quieted down.

The only issue I had was when we checked in, I could not have the room that I reserved on the Expedia app. The front desk told me that since i didn't reserve on the Hilton web site, I was NOT guaranteed the Specific room Amenities. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, I specifically reserved the roll in shower room on Expedia but did not get it. Once I checked in, I had no other choice than to take the room available. IF that was told to me on Expedia I missed it. Why Does this happen? I wasn't asking for something that was not necessary.

Close to our destination without the feel on city living.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again!

So overall it was giid. There were areas of the hotel that weren't as clean as one would hope. The door fron the patio to the pool never worked with a key card. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
