Door lock to room inoperative and required 2 trips down to front desk. A battery needed to be replaced in the unit. Coffee maker in room was not working.

Great place to stay !!!

Very clean- tub water didn’t go down- was at check in counter for 10 minutes before someone helped us. I called the hotel while standing there and no one answered the phone either

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is our room was very hot. When we arrived the heat was up very high and it never really cooled off. Other than that, the hotel was good.

Lovely place. I recommend.

So far, so good. I paid a little bit of a premium to stay here over other local hotels and it was worth it.

Staff were fantastic and welcoming! I have a service dog and they were wonderful. Highly recommended! Very clean and easy on off the highway. Food options close by.

Good hotel for the price,nice breakfast. The only bad thing is : no electric chargers on premises. For the rest prety good

The front desk staff was outstandingly helpful and pleasant during check in, check out and when I inquired about grocery stores near by and directions to a couple areas.

Its location was perfect, the staff was courteous and helpfull

Staff were amazing - very kind and hospitable. I was surprised at how nice and professional everyone was. Hotel was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

a clean, friendly and good access to I84. breakfast is excellent as well.

Sherrie, who handled my call the day before and who greeted us upon check in, was outstanding, welcoming, pleasant and responsive to our needs and questions. Every other employee was also very polite and pleasant. The hotel lobby and room was very clean and bright. Loved the pet friendly features. No issues with anything. had a great stay here and will do so in the future.

It was good

Normally staying at a Hilton is a lovely experience, but on this particular trip, I was on the floor with a family of hockey players who allowed their kids to run up and down the halls playing hockey and banging on peoples doors. This went on for hours! I called the front desk several times to address it and they came up and there was brief periods of quiet, but then it went right back to chaos. I wanted to take a bath to relax and try to have some peace and quiet in the bathtub didn’t work. That was the last straw.
