Ist stay will be back.

It was a Birthday vacation from Thursday to Monday morning and the hotel was a great idea! The overall rating would be a 4, only because the first night we were told that they had no extra blankets or quilt for our bed, which I stay cold constantly. Then on day 3 the microwave didn't heat up any of our leftovers or food in general and when speaking with someone, they said they would send someone to take a look, but no one every came. The room was pretty decent, besides the cigarette burn on the sofa (NO Smoking....hmmm). The staff were great and always greeted us each day with a smile.

The only problem was the Marijuana smell on the 2nd floor when we arrived.

Our room was supposed to be smoke free. It smelled of smoke upon entering, and an air purifier machine in the room was running throughout our stay. Otherwise room was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was decent, multiple options. Kids liked the waffles, and we had plenty to get the day started. Access to 77 was truly a plus!

Definitely dated and could use a revamp and some new mattresses and pillows

It was perfect for our family

We have stayed here numerous times. This is a good pet friendly hotel. The rooms are large and well laid out. The beds are comfortable. There is good property to walk my dog. I noticed the hotel room we were in this time, which was on the second floor ( we usually get something on the third floor) was a bit “tired. The sheets were not the quality we normally get and were stained. The dishwasher had a gross smell. The water pressure could have been better. So the quality for the price was not quite there.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property, the breakfast was fantastic. the only downside was the room that we booked was not available which was a bomber, being that we were traveling with our 10 year old daughter, the room we booked would have allowed the privacy we were looking for.

Was a car broken into on the property it was a little concerning. If you’re going to bring a pet please mention if it’s a service dog or not because they will keep your deposit. Other wise clean hotel with friendly staff.

Pro: Good option near the airport. Big rooms. Con: Some bathroom maintenance and control better the halls, some people smoking marihuana.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. The place is old and outdated. They were shampooing carpets ave the floors were damp and wet. There were roaches. There was a gas smell in my room, but it was not taken seriously by staff once reported. I was moved to another room, but when I followed up the lady at the desk was rude and dismissive. She said we don’t have gas and that it has not been checked into yet hours after my report. Again the worst place I’ve EVER stayed at.
