Clean hotel. Small fitness space. Furniture a bit dated. But a lot of on site food options.

The workers at the valet desk were just excellent. And the help we received from the maintenance crew was excellent.The rooms were clean and and all the people who came in contact with were really great

I want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk Marjorie Lyons, SHE IS THAT PERSON. She cares about your needs and follows up with you, didn’t have to ask twice. My weekend stay was great because of her. I HAD to meet her before I checked out and had the honor to give her a Huge hug. Thank you !!

I don’t like the parking fee.

Check in / check out was fast and courteous. Self park was extremely easy. Bar added support staff as room filled so no long waits for food or drinks.

Would be nice to have more food options for dinner, but everything else was great.

Great Property. Very upscale and has many amenities that although I didn't use this trip would definitely use upon coming again. The Starbucks in the Hotel was a plus and came in the clutch upon checking out to head to the Airport for my flight. Room was spacious and parking garage was close if not wanting to pay for Valet although I would recommend that as it would be a Great convenience.

We stayed at the hotel for an Investor Expo training for our business. The front desk folks need more training in the area. We were given wrong information from staff. I do want to give a Shout-out to Crystal that works at the bar. She was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff should take some training from her.

Update your parking situation and raise the part where you scan your key card to enter or exit. Other properties have better tech than this location.

The pool was closed for entire stay so that sucked, but everything else was amazing.

The young lady working the morning shift at Starbucks on Monday morning wasn’t customer friendly. May 12th
