Friendly staff! Nice environment.

This property has nice curb appeal and I’ve stayed here a few times before. I do not believe I will return due to the ant problem in my room. I never brought food or drinks other than water in the room and I woke up to ants in my bed, suitcase, and all over the floor by the air condition unit. I am highly concerned and I had to ask housekeeping for trash bags to put my clothes in.

We had no TV for the first night. was offered to move to another room, but we need two beds and they had none. Spoke with 3 or 4 different people who gave me the runaround. Very poor communication. One gentleman did help the second night and immediately changed our room after I had been told different

the pool was dirty and not working, also please bring back the short ribs, also one employee told the other employee at the front desk he was too loud on the phone in front of guest. which actually he wasn't, he was just doing business

Our experience at the Nylo was highly disappointing. Still waiting to speak with the manager regrading the stay.

Cons: Sink too small in Restroom. Need more hooks in restroom. Need place to hang close in room (more feasible than the lower shelf). Mattress was a bit doozy hard. Plus: Parking. location. Quietness. Comfy pillows. Great TV viewing options.

Was a little baffles that there was not a refrigerator or microwave in my room to only find out the last night we were in the room that you have to request them...other than that everything was fantastic. A big thank you to Jon for all his help as well.
