I am very happy and satisfied with this place.

Where do I get started?! Me and my little family had the best of times here. Breakfast provided, the staff were all incredibly amazing and accommodating, and the view was absolutely stunning from our room. I booked an ocean view double queen and requested a room on the 8th floor. Lucky me, they definitely delivered. The morning breakfast was yummy and many options were provided for the guests, the coffee was actually GOOD, and the eating area was both clean and had a cozy feel to it. The walk to the beach though, was the cherry on top. No one hates having to drive short distances just to park like I do, so only having to grab my family's things and walk over not even a full 5 minutes to Cocoa Beach was heaven. Even at night, the area feels safe and it's even better to go to the beach with a full moon, let me tell you that! Truly a beautiful view with the hotel's location. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay to the max, so much that it was hard to leave. We're very grateful for our experience here!

Stay was okay. Front desk staff not friendly at all. Breakfast was basically non-existant. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the property needs renovation: the carpets are dirty in the halls and rooms and furniture is old.

The property location was excellent, with easy and convenient parking and quick access to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the quality of the beds was a major drawback. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I actually had to purchase a memory foam topper just to get some sleep. Ever time my husband moved, the springs literally squeaked. For the price we paid, we expected a higher standard of bed quality. It’s unfortunate, the beds will be the one feature that will keep us from returning to this hotel.

Property was in good shape was not in great shape. It was fairly clean. Staff was really nice area around. Property was rough.

I thought it was crazy having to pay 12.50$ a day to park when you pay to stay there also the breakfast wasn’t very good at all both days

I have stayed here before and the stay was much better. Stayed last night and felt that since I booked through Expedia ended up with a poor room. It was a handicap room. The room was old and dated. Paint coming off tiles in the shower. Black hairs in the floor in the bathroom and my wife and I have blonde. Bed was on a slope. Not what we expected after having a good experience previously. Will not be going back for the money we had to pay for one night.

Staff were great & the hotel itself is great & location perfect I am starting to love coming to Cocoa Beach. No wonder I dream of Jeanie loved it so!! of Jea I
