I see why this property has the BEST reviews with so many people rating this place a 10/10! Im ruined for travel moving forward. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Forever and always a Conrad girl!!

Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera.

The room was perfect, full wine bar and more.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was always very friendly. We found the food offerings to be pretty disappointing compared to other 4-5 star hotels we've stayed at. The TVs had limited channels and were not smart TVs. I’d say this was a lower end 4 star hotel.

Fanastic Resort, excellent food - albeit expensive.

Spotless resort. Amazing staff.

10/10 amenities. But lacking in service and value. Never waited less than 45 mins for food, you have to go look for a server for a drink by the pool constantly. Prices not reasonable

My stay was absolutely amazing and relaxing. This was exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to go back again. Beautiful Resort!!

The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the pools and beachside access, along with the extracurricular activities presented. Beds were comfortable and staff attentive. Front desk staff could be a bit warmer, and not all were knowledgeable in addressing/resolving customer concerns.

Beautiful property and wonderful service. The hot tubs were not heated in multiple areas and the hot tub on our balcony was not working. The food was OK, but not as good as what we have had in comparable resorts in Mexico.

Nice, clean resort. But lines for everything. Paperwork for everything. Grossly overpriced restaurants with medium quality food.

I was really excited about going to the Conard Tulum based on the wonderful reviews I read and the beautiful pictures. Unfortunately, the experience fell way below expectations. 1) In seeking a place off the beaten path in Tulum, I was hoping for a nice and serene place to relax, enjoy the water and the sun. What I got instead was loud EDM music playing all-day long, we could even hear the bass thumping from our hotel room well into the middle of the night. We just could NOT get any peace and quiet no matter where we went. It felt like we were at a music festival... 2) Food: pretty awful for the price you are paying. Kengai was the equivalent of asian food from a fast food place at the mall. Maritea, which they pride themselves on being the best place on the resort, was underwhelming. Ultramar was barely edible, and we tried a bunch of other bars by the pool and the food was sub-par. We couldn't wait to get to the airport and have a subway sandwich just to have something substantial and not completely disgusting. 3) Exploitative - I travel extensively and stay at various places all over the world and I have to say that I've never felt as exploited. We were told that we could not get any restaurant reservations to ANY hotel restaurant on the property for NYE. Imagine our surprise when we are dining that evening at Kengai and we are told that the staff can get us a dinner reservation at any restaurant on NYE if we agree to buy a bottle of champagne.... Beautiful resort, service is unparalleled and great restaurants

Clean room, beautiful location.

We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous.
